Any recommendations for AI prompts to study Law effectively

Hi everyone! I’m trying to improve and structure my study method for Law, and I’d like to use AI as a study aid throughout the different stages of exam preparation.

I’d like to create a structured study process, using a different prompt for each stage:

  1. Initial explanation: upload pages from a textbook or study material and get a complete, clear, and detailed explanation, without leaving out important concepts, so that I can also use it to take notes and write down the explanation.

  2. In-depth analysis: analyze the more difficult topics, connect different concepts, highlight definitions, principles, exceptions, and connections with other areas of the subject.

  3. Testing: use open-ended questions, quizzes, and questions similar to those I might get in an actual exam, ideally with gradually increasing difficulty.

  4. Feedback and correction: receive detailed feedback on my answers, understand my mistakes, and identify which concepts I need to review.

  5. Learning and memorization: use techniques such as active recall, spaced repetition, targeted questions, and structured summaries to retain the material more effectively.

  6. Exam simulation: finally, have a realistic mock exam with unpredictable questions and detailed evaluation of my answers, as if I were actually being examined by a professor.

The goal is to be as well prepared as possible for the exam—not just to understand the material, but also to remember it, make connections between concepts, and explain everything clearly and accurately.

Have any of you used AI prompts or a similar method to study Law?

I’d really appreciate it if you could share your best prompts, especially prompts designed for the different stages of the study process.

Thanks a lot to anyone willing to share their experience or suggestions!

Lavoro full time, 5 esami a Giurisprudenza e Penale II da dare a settembre: come mi organizzo senza andare in burnout?

Ciao a tutti,

  • È realistico puntare a un esame ogni 2-3 mesi lavorando full time?

Grazie a chi risponderà.

First Mac purchase – looking for advice (€800–900 budget, EU)

Hi everyone,

I'm planning to buy my first Mac and I'd really appreciate some advice.

I'll mainly use it for studying, editing work documents, reading PDFs, browsing the web, and watching movies. I'd also like to carry it with me most of the time, so portability is important.

I've been looking at different models, but I'm a bit confused because I've read a lot of conflicting opinions. The 13-inch models seem a bit too small for me. I'm considering a 15-inch or even a 16-inch model because I'd prefer a larger screen for editing documents and watching movies comfortably.

I'm also looking for something that will last for many years. I'm not very keen on buying a refurbished 2020 model, as I'd rather get something newer that will stay supported for longer.

As for my budget, I'd like to stay around €800–900, if possible. I'm based in the EU, so recommendations available in Europe would be ideal.

Given my needs, which Mac would you recommend? Is it worth stretching my budget a bit, or is there a model that fits what I'm looking for?

Thanks in advance!

STUDIARE INSIEME

Ciao a tutti!

Se siete interessati, raccontatemi cosa state studiando e come vi organizzate.

Looking for a study buddy so I don't postpone this exam for a third time

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for someone to study with and keep each other accountable over the next few weeks.

I've already postponed this exam twice because I always end up leaving everything until the last minute. The amount of material is huge, and when I finally start studying seriously, I never have enough time to properly understand and retain all the concepts.

This time I really want things to be different. I think having someone to share the journey with could help me stay consistent, motivated, and productive.

You don't need to be studying the same subject. I'm mainly looking for someone (or even a small group) to do study sessions with, share daily goals, check in on each other's progress, and encourage one another when motivation starts to disappear.

A little about me: I'm studying law, and right now I'm preparing for a challenging exam that requires a lot of memorization and understanding of complex concepts.

If you're also preparing for an exam, working on a thesis, studying for a certification, or simply trying to build better study habits, feel free to reach out. We can motivate each other, stay accountable, and hopefully stop procrastinating for good.

If you're interested, tell me what you're studying and how you usually organize your study sessions. Maybe we can create a small study group and help each other succeed.

Good luck to everyone studying right now—you've got this! 📚✨

How to organize studying 650 pages in 10 days while working?

Hi everyone,

I have an exam in 10 days and I need to study around 650 pages, but I work full time and usually get home around 6 PM.

I’d like some practical advice on how to organize myself in the best way possible: study methods, how to divide the pages, time management, and review strategies.

I’m planning to study every evening after work and do full immersion sessions during the weekend, leaving the last few days for revision.

If anyone has been in a similar situation, do you have any advice or a study plan I could follow?

Come studiare 650 pagine in 10 giorni lavorando?

Ciao a tutti,

How do you find the energy to study after work?

Hi everyone,

right now I have to study a huge amount of pages in just a few days, while also working around 8 hours a day. I usually finish work around 4:30/5 PM and get home around 5:30.

The problem is that as soon as I get home, I completely lose the motivation to study, even though I know I really need to. The hardest part for me is actually starting: getting into that flow state and being able to focus properly.

Once I manage to start, I can stay focused for about an hour. But as soon as I take a break, the break keeps getting longer and I end up not going back to studying at all.

I wish I could be more consistent and have that “automatic” concentration you see in those study-with-me YouTube videos: people being insanely focused for hours, with rain sounds in the background and a view of the New York skyline 😅

Do you have any practical advice on:

- finding the energy to study after work;

- getting back into flow after a break;

- stopping breaks from turning into “I’m done for the day”?

I was also thinking about creating a Discordestudy room for body doubling/study sessions together. Would anyone be interested in joining?

Ciao a tutti,

trovare le energie per studiare dopo il lavoro;

rientrare nel flow dopo una pausa;

Qualcuno sarebbe interessato a unirsi?

Lately I’ve gotten into the idea of watching entire filmographies of actors or directors, instead of just jumping randomly from one movie to another.

Right now I’m working my way through all of Robert De Niro’s films (I still have a few left, including some major ones), and I’m starting to really appreciate how interesting it is to see an actor’s evolution over time — in terms of choices, collaborations, and very different roles.

I’d like to continue with someone else once I’m done.

Who would you start with? An actor/actress or director whose filmography is really worth (almost) completing?

I’m especially interested in filmographies that show a strong evolution or unusual choices.
