I recently noticed that the pages my IC books (as well as my one FL book) are warped, as in wavy. It's not really a problem, but I don't understand why they'd be this way. It can't be an issue with humidity seeing as none of my other books face this problem. Is page waviness as indication of anything? They're quite expensive purchases, and I'd be disappointed if they turn out to be defective.
Finished my reread of Fake Slackers & am craving more modern danmei. Sa Ye is the most accessible to me (that's been officially translated), so I wondering about the translation quality. All the issues with English tls have really put off from reading licensed danmei, unfortunately.

I recently made an online international order (Illumicrate book crate), and halos 2k more yung nabawasan sakin. Actually, nangyari rin to last time I placed an order sa Illumicrate pero akala ko nagkamali ako or may nakalimutan lang ako. Pero ngayon, I double-checked & everything, at di ko talaga alam san napunta yung 2k huhu.
I emailed Landbank about my concern pero di pa ako nababalikan. I am also planning to visit one of their branches next week, pero kung may insight sana kayo rito, much appreciated sya.
currently rereading fake slackers and am craving for similar stuff. looking for books already published since i log everything i read & its a pain to keep track when there isnt a pagecount. am honestly quite picky when it comes to prose, so im hoping for recs with solid translations. besides that, anything with a good story is fine with me.
if youre able to give a spoiler-free review, id appreciate that greatly. any gripes or annoyances with the books are also okay, theyll help me figure out what im in the mood for.
