Question for Women - how often do you get asked out? And do you ever ask anyone out?

Question here for Women - how often do you get asked out? Do you have a specific number, like times per month, or a guess on total amount of times? And do you ever ask any males out yourself?

I am a 32 M, and am learning over the past few years how as I try to get more into dating how rare I feel like it is for women to get ask out men, yet even an average looking woman I am assuming gets bothered with the amount of times they are asked. Sometimes it makes me feel bad for trying to hit on a woman if I get rejected, like "ahhh I bet you get this all the time and kind of sick of it". I sometimes imagine it can be more-times so annoying than flattering.

32 M Profile Review - Still having zero results long-term

Apologies for removing the last post - I somehow cut off the Bio!

I am a 32 M who has been on the dating sites for around 2 years now. Unfortunately, I only got a handful of matches when I first started, and since than get zero likes or matches long-term. Honestly, I think half of them were fake accounts, and the other couple I could not get to go out with me. More honesty, I have never once been on a date in my life. My self confidence is not super "self confident" at this point even though I think I am pretty good around people.

I come on here once a month to ask for a review in hopes to perk up my profile a little bit, and maybe get some traction. Any ideas?

Are either of these a good photo to add in my profile?

My friend brought her camera to our bar hang out spot! She got a handful of photos of me, but only two came out good. Do you think either of these are solid to add on dating profile? Thinking about swapping out my last photo with this.

How do you deal with these problems with a slip-bobber stopper?

  1. How to prevent the bobber stopper from moving around? If I cut the edges to close, it gets loose and I cant adjust it. If I cut the edges so I have a little bit of pull, it gets caught on the eyelets, and than eventually starts moving around again.
  2. Sometimes the line will not start going down to the depth of where the bobber stopper is. Is this because I am using really thin line / small hooks for crappie? If yes, how do you prevent this? I have a split shot on, I assume it would sink, but often it does not, or will take 5 minutes to do it.
  3. One of the most ANNOYING parts: often the line will not go through the slip-bobber cork! It gets stuck like halfway in the cork, and wont come out to the other side. The only trick I have learned is there can be NO crimps in the line. But wow, this has caused some crazy frustration before.

I have a few spots I can only ever catch crappie at 10-20 feet, but the slip bobbers are making fishing near impossible, and I just end up switching to a normal bobber and trying to send out a 6 foot line lol.

I shaved my head and shaped my beard for a new profile photo! Think it looks good?

32 M - I shaved my head and shaped my beard for a new profile photo! Think it looks good? I have been working a lot harder to look better and get better photos as I get zero matches long-term. I added a little contrast and vibrance as well. I hope that does not take away from the photo at all. It seemed to make it pop a lot more to me. Here is my last profile photos if you want to see: https://www.tumblr.com/blog/smithjoe43

32 M - Profile Update & Review

I redid my profile after a lot of great suggestions here, and really hope I did a better job this time around. Just a heads up - the photos are a little blurry than they actually are because size / transferring over to reddit.

I am a long-term zero match & zero like profile. It has been months since I have gotten a match. I think I got 3 total matches in my 2 years on dating profiles.

Women - How do you feel about a video game mention or even a photo?

I bring up and show my hobbies on my profiles like soccer, salt-water aquariums, fishing, playing music, etc. Sometimes I think that it may be a little overwhelming, and I should balance that out with like a video game photo, or something that shows I still relax and hang out. I also want to show I have the free-time for a relationship. Is a video-game photo with a headset to much? Any other creative photo idea you could think of?
