Ovary shrinkage

I hope this is allowed, as I’m unsure where else I could ask this question. I’m a 31 year old on continuous birth control for PMDD. My right ovary has shrunk significantly in size- 4.3cm x 3.2cm x 3.4cm to 2.7cm x 1.0 cm x 1.0 cm, with a volume of 1.3cc, in less than 2 years.

I already have diagnosed lichen sclerosus that I’ve been managing for 7 years, which has puzzled my doctors at my age. I have a handful of other symptoms too (urinary pain & frequency, bouts of pelvis pain, low back pain). Is this shrinkage something to be concerned about?

Surgery

Did anyone have issues with headaches with nTOS that resolved with surgery? My vascular surgeon is confident my arm will improve with surgery but couldn’t promise improvement in my headaches. I’m 31F and have lost a ton of quality of life, have been struggling with dysautonomia for 4 years, and am at my wits end. I’m heavily leaning towards just going for the surgery but would love to hear your feedback 🙏

Yarn Suggestions Needed!

I’m making this shawl (Clint by Natasja Hornby) for my grandmom who is super picky about yarn softness and doesn’t enjoy the feeling wool- it feels scratchy to her and she can get a bit rashy. She knits for herself in almost exclusively cotton but I know cotton would not drape well for this shawl. What sport weight yarn would you suggest? Favorite uber soft yarn brands? On the road to diagnosis?

Hi everyone, I would love to hear your diagnosis and treatment experience if you sound similar to me and if you have any feedback on this arterial study result I got today..
What’s driven me to this point is arm numbness and weakness in my left hand/arm, but more than anything, debilitating pressure headaches that haven’t responded to any migraine protocol.. bending over, coughing, sneezing, straining in any way (especially on the toilet), orgasming (sigh.. it’s been a long time) all trigger really intense pressure in my head. My headache doctor started the exploration of TOS.

I got a venous ultrasound done that was clear. I have a brachial plexus MRI next month- did anyone else get a similar arterial study result? Is this heading towards aTOS or can nTOS cause this result? Trying to wrap my head around possible surgery.
