Hello there. I have worked bloody hard these last few months and thought I would treat myself to the AZ. I have been mixing on my DDJ-1000 mainly at home for the last few years and love the unit but today I ordered the AZ with a decksaver and it arrives tomorrow!
A few questions..
Anybody else gone this route? How was the change?
I know I have to update firmware for 4 screen view. Anything else I need to do?
When I export my tracks onto a drive in Export mode in RB will I see the memory cues and will the beatgrid be what I set it to on my AZ?
I really like mixing and really trying to make stuff work. I love my big block head DDJ-1000 and it has served me very well over the years, I also love taking my DDJ-400 out in my campervan but tonight I thought fuck it and got myself a AZ which arrives tomorrow.
I have been watching so many videos over the last year and a bit and always wanted to feel the AZ let alone own one!
