Got this brand new Philips brush priced at ₹3,695, for just ₹1,300 🥹 Thanks to u/gharkimurgi for allowing me to purchase it using her Tira Points 🫶🏻 I wasn’t available at the delivery location, so someone else picked it up and with other Tira deliveries arriving too, I didn’t even realise this had been delivered. The seller personally followed up to check if I’d received it, which I really appreciated. Such a thoughtful seller and a smooth transaction 💕

Unfortunately, this was my first negative seller experience here. I placed an order on 11 August and was told it would be shipped that week with her other orders. I waited a full week before following up. Even then, she didn’t respond and when the conversation eventually happened, she became unnecessarily snarky and entitled. To be clear, the shipping delay itself was never my issue. If the post office was closed, I completely understand but a quick heads up would have been enough. I can’t be expected to know the post office is closed if nobody tells me. Instead, I got a lecture about how she has a 9–5, a life and responsibilities, as though buyers are sitting around jobless waiting for their parcels. Everyone has jobs and responsibilities. Once a seller has accepted payment, I think basic communication about the status of the order is a reasonable expectation, regardless of whether they are a full time seller or not. Nobody expected her to be available 24/7, I was asking for basic communication. I shared one screenshot of another seller proactively communicating with me when a shipment was delayed, simply to show what I meant by a heads-up. Her response was essentially “please just buy from them if you like their service so much.” The level of defensiveness and entitlement over such a basic request was honestly wild.

She did refund me, which I appreciate. But definitely not an experience I’d want to repeat.
