I downloaded the hako rom from here : PS4DCDL

then i downloaded the latest version of shadps4.

Game opens. but GPU is being used like 30% and framerate is very very low.

I am new to this. any help will be appreciated.

PC spec

CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 7435HS
GPU : Rtx 4060 Laptop
Ram : 24GB

Game save is working fine. But every time I close and open the game it ask for the brightness settings and then takes me to terms and conditions page.

Also the graphics settings are not saved. Everytime I restart, I need to go and change the graphics settings. Is it like this for everyone?
