Tulane law school?

Hello, if anyone could give me information. Do people end up in different states after Tulane? Like DC/NYC/PA?

Also, what are the political vibes there? Is it mainly right leaning or liberal? I would be a little worried about that. I’m from the east coast so never been to Louisiana before

Is the campus nice/area ok? Thanks

Drexel 3 year summer start program?

Is this program more competitive than the regular JD 3 year program? Would it be easier for someone to get into the summer start program who has lower numbers?

Need advice on admissions timeline. Please

Hello everyone. I could really use some advice because I’m starting to overthink my application timeline.

My current LSAC GPA is a 3.17, mostly because of a really rough freshman year involving medical issues and ultimately having to transfer schools. Since transferring, I’ve had about a 3.94 GPA at my current school, so there is a pretty significant upward trend.

The bigger issue is my LSAT. I got a 148 in April 2026. I took the August LSAT today, and I feel a little better about it than April, but definitely not confident enough to assume I made some massive jump.

I’m currently registered for the September LSAT, and I’m debating whether I should actually take it since it’s only about a month away.

Some other context:

• I’m KJD, but I have a lot more life/work experience than the typical KJD.
• I’m a military applicant, disabled, and URM.
• I have what I believe are very strong softs overall, including a great LOR and very strong personal/diversity statements.
• I do have a few character & fitness issues that I’ll obviously need to disclose and explain.
• I’m not aiming for the T14.
• I want to pursue public interest law.
• I’m mainly looking at schools roughly in the 60–100 ranking range, where a lot of the LSAT medians seem to fall around 160–165.
• I was planning to apply this upcoming cycle for 2027 admission.

I know that with a 3.17 LSAC GPA, getting my LSAT up is especially important. What I can’t figure out is whether taking September makes sense when there’s so little time between August and September.

Would you:

  1. Take September anyway and see what happens?
  2. Take September and just apply with what I have and see how this cycle goes?
  3. Take a gap year, work, study for the LSAT, and apply next cycle?

The gap-year question is also confusing me because I already have a pretty substantial amount of life/work experience despite being KJD, so I’m not sure another year of “work experience” would meaningfully change my application.

Any advice would be really appreciated.

My bf (M21) and I (f21) have an issue regarding sex/religion. Need advice on how to proceed

My boyfriend and I have been together for about 1.5 years, and honestly, our relationship is great. He’s one of the most selfless people I’ve ever met. He’s incredibly patient with me (even when I get a little crazy lol), he’s never cheap or stingy and always spends money on me without making me feel guilty, he’s loyal, loving, and truly treats me so well. He has always been there for me during my lowest (I was in the hospital once for a mental health issue ) and he stayed with me the whole time (we weren’t even dating). We rarely argue.

Recently, he converted to Catholicism, and I fully support him. We respect each other’s beliefs and religion has never been something we’ve fought over.
The issue is this: whenever he’s going through a hard time mentally or emotionally, he starts spiraling and says we shouldn’t have sex until marriage. We’ve been having sex since the beginning of our relationship, so hearing that is really hurtful and confusing.
The thing is… every single time he says it, the next time he sees me we end up having sex anyway because he says he can’t control himself around me. Then everything goes back to normal like nothing happened.
A few months later, if he’s struggling again, he’ll bring it up all over again.
The second time this happened, I told him I couldn’t keep going through this emotional rollercoaster. I asked him to promise me he wouldn’t say it again unless he was absolutely serious because I felt like he didn’t actually mean it. I explained that the inconsistency hurts my feelings and makes me feel rejected. I even told him if he brought it up again, I’d leave. He agreed and promised.
Well… a few days ago he did it again.

he admits he’s conflicted. He says he knows he’s confusing himself and feels guilty because he genuinely wants to follow his faith, but when he’s with me he can’t seem to stick to that decision. Every single time he says it, he regrets hurting me afterward. He apologizes constantly, writes me long emails and handwritten letters, and is now desperately trying to get me back.
I truly believe he loves me. I don’t think this is manipulation—I think he’s genuinely confused and battling his own beliefs. But at the same time, he broke a promise he made to me, and I don’t know what to do anymore.
Part of me feels like this is the only real issue in an otherwise amazing relationship, and I’m scared I won’t find someone else who’s as patient, loyal, and loving as he is. The other part of me wonders if I should stick to the boundary I set.

Has anyone been through something similar? What would you do?

TLDR: great relationship but my bf and I have a big issue regarding this conflict he had for sex
