Sports subscription cancellation

Now that the Premier League has lost all of its credibility, has anyone else cancelled their sports memberships on NowTV. Seems pointless to keep paying to watch a competition that's essentially worthless (assuming you mostly watch PL football on Sky/TNT/Premier).

Reward booking question

On the Rewards website is there a way to put in a range of dates and see all available flights to all destinations, or do I have to do it destination by destination?

[IE] Revolut Stays — €9K missing for 5 weeks, 25 agents, 78 broken promises. Who is actually responsible?

I cancelled a Revolut Stays booking on 1 June 2026. The refund of almost €9,000 has not appeared in my bank account. What followed has been one of the most extraordinary customer service failures I have ever experienced.

Here are the stats from my support interactions over the past five weeks:

- 25 named agents have handled my case
- 78 explicit timeline commitments — not one was met
- 45 escalations to a “specialist team” — none produced an outcome
- 13 times I was told to contact Vrbo directly, despite having already provided their written confirmation
- 11 times agents confused my case with a completely different transaction
- 34 apologies issued — none accompanied by a resolution
- 27 times an agent promised to “personally handle” my case, none did

Vrbo’s escalations supervisor confirmed in writing on 26 June that the refund was fully settled on 1 June and provided the ARN reference. Revolut then told me on 7 July that Vrbo’s billing team still has a hold on the funds. These two positions are mutually exclusive and neither party has reconciled them.

I have filed a formal complaint with Revolut (no substantive response in 8 days), escalated to Revolut’s CEO for Europe, and emailed the CEO of Expedia. I am preparing an FSPO submission.

But here’s the thing I can’t get an answer to:

In the Revolut app, the Stays section clearly states “Provided by Revolut Ltd” — not Expedia, not Vrbo. Yet Revolut’s support agents have consistently told me that Vrbo/Expedia are the merchant, that this is a third-party booking, and that Revolut cannot intervene. They have even suggested I raise a Mastercard chargeback — which would mean Revolut processing a chargeback against themselves.

So which is it? Is Revolut Stays a Revolut product (as the app states), or a third-party Vrbo/Expedia product (as their support agents claim)? Because the answer to that question determines who is legally responsible for returning my money — and Revolut have spent five weeks using the ambiguity to avoid doing either.

Has anyone else experienced this? And does anyone know definitively who the service provider is for Revolut Stays bookings?
