L2 just suddenly broke?

I was playing my retroid pocket 5 and noticed the shoulder button felt sharp. Ive never dropped it, and i keep it in a hardshell case

It still works, but i definitely dont love that. Is this fixable? Easily replaced?

Diy clay hunt vr stock

Picked up a meta quest 3 today with getting clay hunt vr in mind. Ive wanted an “all seasons/bad weather/practice whenever” clay game for years since i saw the ones that used a physical printed background screen on your wall and a laser that attached to your computer (and way too expensive)

I like the texture pro stock but figured im handy and wanted to make my own. Immediately leaving best buy with my vr headset i went straight to lowes for some 1x2” maple, 1-1/8” dowel rod, L bracket , some makeshift steel plates for weight, and a piece of pvc

The stock is an ar stock with a 1-1/8” inner buffer tube space. Forend is off an old, and very broken single shot.

The dimensions match 1:1 with the 12ga i shoot clays and hunt with.

The weight i added is nice, im at about 3.5lbs but i’ll add more weights to get to the 6lbs my gun is (stevens 555)

It works SO well with clay hunt vr, and aside from the stock and forend i had around, costs me like $20

15 solo trail miles today

Registered my surron lbx as a ohv/atv in my state so i can access all the state and club maintained trails, and no one can say “youre not supposed to be here”

Rode 15 miles of open, sandy, rocky and tight enduro trails.

Finally

My lbx has been dead for 1.5 years. figured out it was a bad controller and put off getting a new one.
Finally got a new controller, and got the 4mfoundry kit. Ive always loved em and now theyre cheaper cause they went out of business r.i.p.

Runs better than ever now!

Got a new rear tire that i need to install, and wanna get some new footpegs. excited to get back to the single track/ enduro trails

Sealant on connectors?

Got a new throttle, and the wires at the connector dont have any sort of sealant on them. (Old throttle on left, new throttle on right)

Is that something thats needed, or should i not worry about it. If i need to add that sealant, what is it? Hot glue or something?

Little scrambler shines on roads like this

Knocked around some very remote northwoods roads today, had an absolute blast

Still not working

So a little over a year ago my surron stopped working one day out of nowhere. It turns on, i get headlight and tail light working, speedometer and everything.

I twist the throttle - nothing.

Ive read countless reddit posts and watched youtube videos

I have since removed as shown:

Kickstand sensor
Both brake sensors
Fall/tipover sensor

I also just put a new throttle assembly on.

All of these seem to work for everyone else

Still nothing

Is my next suspect the controller? I hope not but its been a year now and i just want to ride this thing again

High fender, tail tidy and tank bag

High fender and tank bag from amazon. Tail tidy from ebay. Im going to fabricate something to bridge across as a brace where the stock front fender was attached

Did a nice 200 mile ride round trip to explore national forest roads with a friend. I rode my scrambler 400x and they rode their bonneville t120

I’ve owned 70s and 80s hondas and suzukis. 3 harley sportsters from the 80s and 90s, and a new ktm. The scrambler 400x is hands down the most fun ive ever had on a motorcycle
