[Product Question] What is the best Vitamin C serum?
What’s your favorite vitamin c serum? And are there any vit c serums that should be avoided? Thanks in advance!

I’ve had horrific insomnia for as long as I can remember. Unable to fall asleep, many times not even sleeping for even an hour.
Over the years my doctors have put me on Atarax, Seroquel, muscle relaxers, Trazodone (quite a few more than I’m blanking on right now) and I mostly use Zyprexa. Only issue? Zyprexa has made me gain over a hundred pounds and it only works half the time when it comes to sleep.
I’ve been trying to lose weight for many years but with the Zyprexa it is pretty much impossible. I just messaged my doctor today about switching from Zyprexa+Trazodone to something like Ambien, which doesn’t seem to have serious weight gain (at least compared to the Zyprexa).
Has anyone tried any of these medications? If so, what worked for you and what didn’t? Have you tried Ambien specifically?
(There are probably more meds I forgot about that I trialed for sleep but nothing worked. I’ve also tried every single OTC sleep aid that exists, and it has zero effect on me.)
I’ve fallen down the tiktok rabbit hole that has convinced me that eating a cup of beans every day will solve my health issues (doubtful but I’m more than willing to try) and so far I’ve seen a lot of really complicated bean recipes, but I am looking for something simple that doesn’t make 6+ servings of it because it’s just me.
Does anyone have some simple recipes including beans that still incorporate a lot of beans?
Do you think Lexi ever thought to call Fez and let him know that Rue passed away? It breaks my heart to think that he doesn’t know and just thought Rue stopped caring about him and doesn’t want to call him anymore. Obviously Angus couldn’t be here to film any scenes related to that but they could’ve shown Lexi on a call or something.
I just got a prescription from Hers for the Zepbound Kwikpen. Has anyone else tried this from Hers? If so, did you notice any results? Any advice or comment is very much welcome!
I was on the generic semaglutide for over a year and didn’t lose any weight. I’m now thinking about Zepbound because it’s clinically far more effective and is the strongest of the GLP-1’s.
Has anyone here gotten Zepbound from Hers? If so, how much has it costed you? How much do you pay per month? How long have you been on it? Have you noticed substantial weight loss on it?
Thanks in advance!
Edit: yes I have talked to my doctors about all of this. They said they don’t know why the original compounded semaglutide from Hers didn’t work for me and suggested it’s because there’s no way of knowing what’s really in that vial because it didn’t come from my healthcare’s pharmacy. Additionally, I do eat very healthy and work out as much as I can. I do not need advice on that part. My doctor prescribed Ozempic for me but it’s $1200 a month which I cannot afford, so that’s why I am coming to Hers.
