Finished BOTW years ago, finally decided it was time to start TOTK properly

Another great pickup this month. I actually still haven’t played Tears of the Kingdom yet, but I finished Breath of the Wild and thought… why not just go for the Collector’s Edition instead of the standard copy 😅

Honestly didn’t expect it to be this nice in person. The art book is massive, over 200 pages and packed with concept art and world details. Probably my favourite part of the whole set. The steel case and steel poster also look so much better in person too.

I couldn’t resist.

Finally gave in 😅
Was in Japan recently and couldn’t resist picking these up, even though I still don’t own a Switch 2 yet. Picked up the Pokémon Legends Z-A Switch 2 Edition and the Pokémon Ranch set. The packaging and presentation on both are honestly so good in person. Guess this officially means I’m committed to buying a Switch 2 soon

How Is It Possible That 3 Different Sellers All Sent the Wrong Sensor?

This is not even my first time buying this sensor.

I’ve bought it from 3 different sellers already, and every single time I specifically selected TYPE-B, the double colour version.

And every single time they still send TYPE-A instead.

I always end up disputing it, get refunded, and they usually tell me I don’t need to return the item… but PLEASE 😭 I don’t want free TYPE-A sensors anymore, I just want the actual TYPE-B double colour sensor.

Novablast 5 owners, does the toe area feel less grippy in the wet?

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone in this subreddit for all the shoe recommendations and advice over the past few days. I ended up going with the ASICS Novablast 5 and honestly, I can finally understand why people say proper running shoes make such a huge difference.

This is actually my first proper pair of running shoes, so the whole experience feels very new to me. The runs feel noticeably more comfortable and smoother compared to what I was using before. I do think my legs and muscles are still adapting to the shoes and running itself, especially around my calves and upper legs, but in a good “working out” kind of way rather than pain.

Had my run this morning in the rain and genuinely enjoyed it. Never thought I’d be someone looking forward to running, but here we are 😂

One question though, is it normal for the front/toe area traction on the Novablast 5 to feel a little less grippy on wet pavement compared to the heel area? Not dangerous or anything, just something I noticed while walking and cornering on wet tiles today.

Hi everyone,

Currently training for my first proper 5km event in August after mainly doing strength training/gym work for around 10 years.

I tried both the ASICS Novablast 5 and ASICS GEL-KAYANO 32 in store. The sales person recorded my running gait and mentioned that my left foot tends to heel strike and overpronate quite a bit, so they recommended the Kayano 32.

At the moment I’m doing shorter runs and interval training while building stamina. I’m not chasing speed yet, mainly trying to stay consistent and avoid injuries.

For people with similar experience/background, would you still go with the Kayano 32, or is the Novablast 5 still worth considering?

Would love to hear your opinion.

Hi all,

I have a bit of a specific setup and want to understand what’s possible.

Current situation:
- I have a modded Switch Lite that is fully offline, no Nintendo Account linked
- It has a Pokémon ZA save file on it
- I also have a regular Switch (Switch 1) with my Nintendo Account and all my other games and Pokémon saves

Plan:
- I’m planning to get the new Switch in a few months
- I want to play Pokémon ZA on the new console

Questions:

  1. Is it possible to transfer the Pokémon ZA save from the offline modded Switch Lite to the New Switch Console?
  2. If yes, can I then also transfer all my data from my main Switch (Switch 1) to the same New Switch afterward?
  3. Are there any limitations around combining data from two different source consoles onto one target console?

Any clarification on how this would work (or not work) would be really helpful.

Thanks!
