Can someone explain to me the helium sea?

Not the book I read it very good. I couldn't quite get my head around what it looked like in space. It was a gas giant that for some reason went supernova and somehow that made the system look like a nebula ?

Should we get bloodwork on kitten before getting her fixed?

The adoption center wanted her fixed as soon as she got to 2 lbs. We got her at one and after a month and a half she will be hitting 3. She however never got any bloodwork done and my wife has heard a lot of horror stories of animals passing away after getting fixed. We still plan on getting her fixed but I was just curious about opinions

The crows are beefing with my Luba 2

I don't know how or why but about 2 weeks ago I noticed rocks on my Luba 2 at its charging station which I thought was wierd. Then I noticed whenever I had it mowing our yard I saw on the camera while it was mowing there would almost always be a crow on screen. I didn't connect the 2 until I got a day off and decided to mow while I was home. I was inside doing some chores and eventually the cacophony of cawing caught my attention. I look out and see one of the largest murder of crows in my yard flying around and jumping around my luba 2. I found it humorous until I saw them trying to drop rocks on it. I know these things are built like tanks but the manual doesnt state how well it would do in attritional warfare against an avian foe. In surrender I retreated my luba 2 to the garage in hopes of a white peace or that they forget.

Hello I recently had to put my cat down. We found him outside 2 years ago and he was a blessing in our lives but he had a chronic upper respiratory infection that we have been fighting since we had him. We took him to the vet a week ago has he seemed to have an allergy spell coinciding with the strange weather. He was given antibiotics and a steroid shot and he was his normal self until Tuesday. He was acting like he was just having another allergy spell until he just got up and started aimlessly wander around. We immediately took him to the emergency hospital at Cornell known for being one of the best. It appeared he had pneumonia and a brain infection that was causing massive swelling.

After trying to fight it and getting no results we put him down. The weird thing is they want to do an autopsy on him for free. I have taken several of my animals for end of life care there. This is the first time they wanted to do an autopsy I am glad to let them do this if it means this can help prevent another owner from letting this happen but they wouldn't provide to many details as to why they were so interested. His neurologist kept asking if we were sure he got a rabies vaccine I was and he has been a purely indoor cat he whole time we had him. They also keep a close eye on our current pets but I don't even know what to look for it was so sudden for our boy who went to playful and loving to dying from brain damage.

Our cat Marlin was at the vet last week and was given antibiotics and a steroid shot for and upper respiratory infection. He was doing very well until today. He has pneumonia and some kind of brain infection. The vet said his prognosis is poor but he is staying at the er for a few days. Is it wrong to have hope for a day or 2 to see if he improves or are we just making him suffer?
