What's your Sunny Day Ritual?

We stan Charlie in this house so we will be boiling our denims, eating BEAK milk steak with the finest jellybeans, then gluing hair all over ourselves and running around acting like cats.

Does anyone struggle with impulsivity in speech, and how do you manage it?

Hi all - I'm painfully aware that I have a tendency to overshare and be inconveniently honest in an attempt to connect with people - as I'm unmasking, my topic of choice has become my, shall we say, uniqueness. I also understand now that I have a tendency to vent criticism ("negativity" as the normies say) when I'm overwhelmed, which I now know is most of the time. And since I almost exclusively talk to other humans at work... well. It's not going great for me.

I know that awareness is the first step. I realize now that most interactions people have with me are either about my neurodivergence or the many operational shortfalls of my workplace.

I'm sure I'm not entirely alone. What are some practices that have helped others of you who struggle with impulsive speech, and how you're perceived? I'm somewhat of a polymath, having decided early on that having wide and deep interests would help me connect to people, but nobody seems interested. I'm not sure what to do and I would really appreciate any insights you all can share. TIA!

Edited to remove an irrelevant trigger topic.

Title says it. I'm in a deep, painful depressive state that I am pretty confident is caused or at least agitated by stimulation at work. As I'm trying to unmask and understand my needs, I'm having to pull myself together and pretend I'm not absolutely falling apart to do a job that makes it worse. The internal dialogue is awful and I can't seem to escape it lately. I'm running out of ideas. What has worked for you when things get really bad?
