If the majority of members just parrot "get it tested" why even hang out in here and comment at all. Every single poster I here is well aware that it needs to be tested to be sure. People come in here to weigh the time/cost of waiting for results against the experience of proffesional mitigators, removal specialists, and remodelers. Just looking for input on how to remove, or renovate based on the experience of others. A helpful comment always involves risk assessment, personal experience, and steps to mitigate. I realize the pros wanna get paid but "just get it tested"? What a waste of effort to copy and paste that in a forum all day.

I need a rigid foam case for a concert pineapple. I have an Ohana hard case but it puts my seabags over the weight limit for international flights. I have a basic canvas dense foam case from Cordoba for my tenor and its 1/3 of the weight. All I can find in online shops are those flimsy 10-25mm foam gig bags that will surely be crushed by my other luggage items. The rigid foam cases hold up so who makes a rigid foam case for pineapples?

Why doesn't anyone make a fold up clamshell controller that uses interchangable cases for popular phone models? I've been waiting on this since smart phones came out. I see lots of convoluted sliding, rotating, magnetic, and telescoping solutions but no simple clamshell I can just slide in my pocket like a ds. Do these small manufacturers just plan on selling a new gimmick every year and dancing around the real solution? It seems the handheld pc guys are figuring out the importance of not leaving your screen vulnerable on a mobile device. Same as the cell phone guys from 20+ years ago.

There are far more textile items I need to customize in various ways than I realized. Can anyone recommend something that wont have a problem with reflectix, canvas, very thin rubber/vinyl, upholstery etc? I barely remember home ec. from 20 years ago so my sewing knowledge is extremely limited but will certainly find other uses for a nice machine around the house and for work. Cost not so much an issue as long as it's a buy it for life purchase.
