Men who married non working women, how do you manage expenses?

M27, will get married in next 8 months, I am working and fall in 20% tax bracket.

I am marrying a non working girl, but I have a minor stress of sudden increase in expenses and it will take few months to budget out things (some things I can't predict and will have to accomodate accordingly).

I want to understand from such people, how you planned or pre-empted these things for a smooth transition?

Why aren't we dropping Tilak for couple of matches?

He continues to struggle against spinner and plays quite slow for T20, people who laugh at 50(48) are silent on his failure.

We bench Sanju after a series but Tilak needs to be reprimanded as well for bad performance

Need recommendations for all round budget frag

I have used Zara Red for him, Seoul, sand desert at sunset, davidoff coolwater and they are good but sometimes they hit, sometimes miss

My friend recently got hawas for him and it smelled delicious 🤤,

I am confused between 9PM and Hawas for him, I want allrounder which I can use in office, weekend brunch as well that should smell amazing, delicious and rich as well (by rich meant it should not nose bomb others in lift/meeting room). If you know of other frags that fits the criteria then please recommend them as well.

Please help a fellow. TIA

so I have been serving NP at D (3 month since it is USI). I requested to reduce it by just 10 days (already completed 70 days to this date).

Manager approved but now PL asked to buyout notice period, rationally he may be right but isn't it too much for just 10 days, I ain't asking for 1-2 month.
Any advice?

We are exact opposite in personality, she is vivid, talkative while I am calm, silent, appear emotionally stoic to people. We know each other for 1.5 years, good friends for past 8-10 months, have had 3-4 good moments of conversation in the past too.

In past friends tried to set us up but that time I didn't try much due to my career objectives, recently we met several times in last 1 month and I decided its already quite late and told myself now or never, I asked her for coffee, she hasn't responded to it in last 2.5hr but I am being skeptical whether I did it too fast or already quite late.

She has never been in relationship (a year younger than me), we are on opposite spectrum of personality, good friends (but she gets along everyone easily). few months back I asked her out for a concert she mentioned she will be in her hometown those days (which was true) but a common friend told me, she shared it with him and said this was "so not <myName>" like it was out of character for me to ask anyone something, and I told myself to ask for coffee directly, que sera sera!
