10k steps everyday, 4l water, protein intake, calorie deficit, 7 hr sleep, weight training ( just dumbbells for now ) , no sugar, no junk food

Little flex , consistency

I've always been lazy and fat almost my whole life but decided to change myself this year, both physically and mentally.

It feels so nice to complete 8 days of workout with 6k steps everyday, will definitely achieve my dream physique this year. Although it can't be described as a flex but yeah I'm proud of myself. Will work on gaining more knowledge about losing fat and building muscles, protein intake and calorie deficit. I can already feel some muscles on my biceps and fat loss on stomach, just little but yeah can tell the difference.

My documents were not self attested but they got verified?

I accidentally uploaded non self attested documents and was waiting for their response to upload again,but got a verification mail instead, what should I do , should I wait till tomorrow morning or go with choice filling
