Does anyone know why these two styles came out at the same time but the scoop neck isn’t on WMTM or the outlet whereas the racerback has been for months?

I am a bit confused about the Buckingham Palace tour tickets. The website shows some dates with a gray box and some dates after being sold out. However, the website also says they release tickets three months in advance so how can a ticket for say September 24th already be sold out when its over three months away but then September 23rd is grayed out? Is there maybe another website to get tour tickets such as Viator? Thanks.
