Premier League 2026/27 Predictions

I think Arsenal will start as favorites given the changes at other teams.

I don't expect Man City to challenge under Maresca, his football is too pedestrian. Chelsea might surprise under Alonso.

I think Liverpool will also struggle to get going but will be a much better watch than last season. United is starting again with Carrick, I would put them up for a top 4 finish again. The league isn't that strong this time.

My predictions

Champions - Arsenal

Top 4 - Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United, Manchester City.

Surprise team - Nottingham Forest

Relegation - Ipswich, Hull, Coventry.

What do you guys think?

New fan of the Super Log, have some questions.

So, I have followed European football for a very long time. Starting from Premier League, I have kept tabs on other major leagues across the continent. But for years, I have only glanced at Super Lig. I have enjoyed watching European games involving the Big 3, but now I intend to follow the league for a couple of reasons.

One as a Liverpool fan seeing Mo Salah join Trabonzspor has spiked my interest in seeing how it goes. Number two, I am working on a football blog and I think apart from big transfer news or big games in the league very few English language outlets cover Super Lig extensively. So I have a few questions.

Like, I know Besiktas, Fenerbache, and Galatasaray are massive and Trabzonspor is historically the next big club. But what about the rest of the league? Like in Premier League terms how would you compare the teams in the rest of the league.

Also how are the attendances. I have read and seen the Turkish fan culture and it is bonkers tbh, far better than some big leagues. But is it limited to a few big clubs again? Like I saw a stat that the lowest attended game in Super Lig had only close to 600 fans and I guess this number is too low for a top-flight league.

I want to understand how the Turkish fans view the rest of the league and is it that vague as made it to be apart from the big 3/4.

Another question is how do you guys rank it with other comparable leagues like the Eredivisie and Portugal's Liga or even the Ligue 1. If you had to rank Super Lig in the Top 8 leagues, where it would land in terms of competitives within the league, fan culture, attendances and overall quality.

Sorry for the lengthy post. I would appreciate the responses. Thank you.

Serie A 2026/27 predictions

Who are you guys predicting to win Serie A? Inter Milan seems like a safe bet, but I guess the league has been hard to predict in recent years. Won't be surprised if Juventus or AC Milan are challenging for Scudetto.

Also for surprise pick of the season, I think Fiorentina under Grosso would be the one to watch out for.

Backing Venezia to stay up out of the newly promoted clubs.

La Liga 2026/27 Predictions: Who do you think will win the league, which teams will do down & who will surprise?

I feel Barcelona will be champions once again. Jose Mourinho has a big task at this hand and I think it could get tough for them before it gets easier. Idk if Atletico Madrid are up for it, but they should feel better about their chances.

Think out of promoted teams Racing Santander will do good. I am also banking on Malaga to survive, but Racing could genuinely surprise people.

What do you guys think?

West Ham will be obvious favourites for promotion, but who else you think will challenge?

I think West Ham have a really good squad and it will take a woeful season for them to miss out of promotion /playoffs entirely.

I see Norwich making a good run for it as well. Extended playoffs mean the league will be more open than ever. What do you guys think?

Eredivisie 2026/27 Predictions: Do you guys think PSV can be stopped?

Will PSV be challenged by Ajax or Feyenoord this season or will it be easy again? Also, which team you expect to surprise?
