Just recently listened to Jinx for the first time and I am insanely obsessed with this album

I used to listen to Waterparks a lot back in 2018 but then I started listening to a lot of other music and kinda forgot about them (sorry don’t hate me) but decided to randomly revisit them and listen to Jinx cause I saw Mark Hoppus was on the first song. I absolutely adore this album and can’t stop listening to it. I can’t even decide a favorite because I think pretty much every song is perfect but if I had to choose I love “if lyrics were confidential” and “better then therapy” anyways if you guys have any other song suggestions from waterparks that are similar in vibe pls let me know I’ve listened to some of their other songs on shuffle but not every album yet.

I wish more people were aware rapid weight loss can lead to gallbladder issues

Hello, so I had to get my gallbladder removed about a year and a half ago after going to the ER with severe pain. I knew absolutely nothing about gallbladder stuff then because I had no previous gallbladder attacks or anything so I asked the doctors what causes gallstones and why I likely had them. They told me that it’s impossible to know but it is often caused by obesity or a high fat diet so they did tell me it was unusual for someone like me (thin, vegetarian who didn’t eat a lot of high fat foods, early 20s, and no family members who had gallstones) to have severe gallbladder issues. Upon doing my own research after surgery I realized that rapid weight loss can also cause gallstones. About a year before my surgery I was super depressed and stopped eating and lost a massive amount of weight in a very short time. I’m now pretty certain that this is why I developed gallstones and ended up killing my gallbladder. I just think it would be helpful for people to know that rapid weight loss can lead to gallbladder issues especially with all these trends in weight loss pills.

Kyle Gordon’s song parodies feel like they would fit perfectly into this show

Kyle Gordon’s song “Mr. Jambo” has kinda blown up on tik tok right now (he also made Planet of the bass awhile ago) and I always wanna recommend people who like it to listen to the crazy ex girlfriends songs (but I don’t wanna be too much of an annoying promoter lol) I am very aware that neither CXG or Kyle Gordon invented the concept of song parody’s but they both do song parody’s in a way that I adore because they aren’t outright changing lyrics from already existing songs. Instead they are usually parodying a genre or multiple songs from an artist. I have also found that some parodys can feel too hateful but both CXG and Kyle Gordon seem to have a deep love for music and appreciation for the genres while also poking fun at them.

Anyone else a huge Going Grey fan

Hi, so I have been listening to TFB for about 10 years now but have never actually been involved in the fandom at all so hopefully this isn’t like a repetitive post or anything. Going Grey is one of my favorite albums by them but for some reason I’m getting the sense it might be peoples least favorites. When I first listened to it when it came out I actually didn’t like it because it sounded so different then their other things but it ended up growing on me. Grand finale is my fav and I always feel the need to shout “WHEN I WAKE UP I THINK OF YOU” whenever I listen to it. I do always skip bae to be honest just cause that word makes me cringe lol but all the other songs are no skips and I love them.

I absolutely love Yoshi and the mysterious book but why is this game so murderous 😭

I love this game but discovering adorable creatures and then having to murder them to make progress makes me kinda sad 😭 it doesn’t make me dislike the game or anything I just think it’s kinda silly how much killing is involved in this game.

Game recommendation

Hello!! So Chibi Robo is my favorite game but I just discovered a new game that is on steam for FREE called POCO. It’s about the worlds tiniest clown who got kicked out of the circus and now has to explore and help little creatures to get rocket parts. This game reminded me a lot of chibi Robo, although obviously much much shorter. I just wanted to reccomend it to people cause it’s free and I need it to get more popular so I can talk to people about it. ALSO I need more games like chibi Robo after finishing both these games so please reccomend me games that are similar to Chibi Robo as well!!

Are we not getting any angry rock songs on this new album?

Okay pls don’t kill me but I am a bit worried about this new album. I like the songs we have heard but as someone whose favorite Olivia songs are her angry songs (Brutal , American bitch , Good 4 u, homeschool girl ) I am worried that we won’t get that variety. Obviously she’s allowed to do what makes her happy and I know a lot of people like her sad songs a lot so maybe this album just won’t be my fav of hers which is completely okay I just wanna know if others feel this way or not.

EDIT: a lot of people are telling me the cure is a rock and I specifically meant ANGRY songs not just rock. Like ones where she yells and stuff lol. Sorry I’m not the best at explaining music. ALSO I know we have only had three songs I’m not saying this based on the songs I’ve heard I’m saying this based on how she has explained her album in interviews saying each song gets sadder and sadder. I do appreciate that most people have been kind in the comments and I appreciate your feedback.
