I'm 27 y/o and I currently split rent with a roommate and friend who has been trying to find gainful employment for the past 4 years. My roommate does have their own business and gets income from that but wants something more stable. I've tried fixing their resume for them using templates and advice that have helped me get hired, but they can't seem to even get interviews. Also, they don't drive and seem to be a bit picky about hours (not wanting to work too late) - is there anything they can do - employment services, career coaching, etc? and is there i can do as a supportive friend short of trying to connect them at my own job (which I have tried, since i got hired from a temp agency?) thank you!

Since the 25% sale is on I'm thinking of finally copping my dream chair (Embody Gaming). Unfortunately there's no distributors near me so I haven't been able to try one first but in the meantime as I try to get access to one, is this chair suitable for a very short (4'11) person? I do have an ergonomic footrest as well so maybe height is no concern but I was wondering. Thanks!
