Tried in the internal forums to no luck and the gym front desk didn't give a straight answer so thought I'd try my luck here.

I saw the gym in El Segundo has pickleball nets so I was curious if there's a group that plays that I can get in touch with. Additionally, I'm interested in indoor volleyball too. Unsure if that could be set up but if it can I'm down to play and even organize.

Curious if the El Segundo site offers a service for personal headshots. I need to update mine cus mine is half a decade old. My previous employer has a service to take pictures so wondering if Boeing does too.

Bought some jeans that fit perfectly around my waist except for the minor detail that they were not made for short kings like myself. 😂 They're about a 30 inseam and I need them down to about a 28 approximately so they fit just right. Any recommendations on a tailor that can do the job? And also won't cost me an arm and a leg. Thanks in advance!🙂

Hello. I'm coming in from LA for my girlfriend's white coat ceremony and need a barber to get me straight. Had a scheduled one with my regular barber over here but he had an emergency and had to cancel. Need a haircut and beard trim. Any recommendations around the Duke area?

I have a big interview tomorrow and needed a cut but my go to barber had anneme and had to cancel. Need to get a trim quick so I'm sharp for tomorrow. Any recs of places I can swing by within the hour? I live in Lawndale and can go anywhere in the area as long as their available right now and don't charge an arm and a leg. I pay 40 for my regular barber

Finally landed a job offer at Boeing's El Segundo site after so much patience and hard work. I got made an offer which was actually pretty decent but I respectfully counteroffered for a bit more cus I have more than the minimum years exp they were looking for, have a postgraduate and have my security clearance. Curious how negotiations go about? I have PTSD of another company rescinding their offer when I countered so hopefully this is not something that happens here.

The hopelessness feels harder and harder to deal with especially this time around.

I did two rounds of interviews for ipt lead roles and it was my understanding I was being considered for multiple positions in different teams. I just heard back one of the teams and they decided to go in another direction. While I hope I'm still being considered for the other teams for the managers in the panel, this hit made me lose any optimism I could've had.

I know I'm not supposed to take things all too personal but this one stung more than others because of all the time I put into it.

Starting to think I'll never get a job here.

Not sure what to do here. I'm still in the rental stage of it so for my insurance, they need to record all my sleeps. But yesterday even though I had it on, it didn't upload my sleep to the app. And the resmed doesn't show like I actually used it. What should I do? I don't want to get dinged by my insurance when I did use it.

Title pretty self explanatory. I have an interview for this role tomorrow so curious of what to expect and any tips. I'm an external candidate but within the same aerospace industry.
