I made my character a workaholic who hates ALL martial

So I made my character one of those "hard work builds character" kinda girlies and I thought "huh she would probably dislike pugilists" cause they don't really work for the powers they have, then I started thinking of what she would class as working for there powers. Monks? They just punch shit. Rogues sleep their way out of fights. Fighters just waste their lives training to pick up an axe. Barbarians just avoided therapy so hard they got anger powers. And with half casters if you were in a mages' duel and the other person throws a punch, you would be mad too

How do you run campaigns?

Dms, How did you run campaigns?

I’m preparing to run a campaign and I was wondering how you guys handled it!

I’ve been toying with the idea of removing classes and replacing them with ‘archetype’ where you get abilities every level or so, with "specializations", where you get a special ability every 3 levels

But yeah, I’m curious, how did you do it?
