Hi guys, my original post got removed since it didn't met the description requirements so I will try my best to do so this time as I'm not very familiar with this sub and the rule of in-depth descriptions went past me

I'm 23 years old and I work as an illustrator, these are all pieces of my work, none made for clients specifically but as passion projects and yes, I do prefer the feeling of retro sci-fi instead of more polished, modern stuff.

These four are all done in the past month, usually I love illustrating stuff that goes between dark fantasy and sci-fi, little of my work could be classified as taking place in the present day.

Captured a dead, ancient god and plan using it to further your ambitions? You probably feel really good about yourself but keep in mind. These things rarely end well

People find it difficult to maintain small restaurants on Earth and I won't argue with that.

But I ask how many have to deal with customers ready to take a bite out of 'em when their order is late, not to mention the food itself.

I refuse to stay silent this time. I've had enough.

On June 30, Patrick Will, has asked me for free work in order to apply for his upcoming project. I was supposed to hear back from him "on july 19th at the latest"

One month later I have to reach out to him and ask myself what happened with my application which mind you, I did free work for.

Apparently Patrick doesn't feel necessary to notify people who've worked for him free of charge whether or not that work has paid off or not.

And the nerve in emailing me right after saying I'm the only one not receiving a response...

It's just one of those days in the desert, you know, when you're glad you've paid the extra buck at the ammo shop. Next time you probably won't even haggle with the clerk.
