Does my tailspot blenny have a scratch on the side of it?

None of my other fish have spots, everyone seems healthy, i just did a 30% water change yesterday, and everyone is behaving normally as well. Is a mark like this a typical occurrence for blennies? My blenny in particular is quite fast and ive seen him like back into a rock hole a bit aggressively— very energetic fish, big personality. Should i be concerned?
