75 cal 15-17g protein snack/lunch!

might look like high protein slop to some but TRUST ME this is one of my fav things to have when i need to get my protein in.. it depends on what tuna and greek yogurt you use but it can range from 15-17g of protein easily!

66g cucumber (10cal)
55g/half can of tuna (60-70cal)
1/2 tbsp nonfat greek yogurt (~3 cal)
everything bagel seasoning

i’m not even joking this keeps me full for minimum 2hrs

245 cal easy dinner!

for the chicken:
162g chicken breast (194 cal) , seasoned with paprika, garlic powder, oregano (~1/2 tsp each, about 5-6 cal) and 1/4 tsp salt, fried with a 1/2 second spray of cooking spray (~3 cal) covered with lid and flip and cook until both sides are a deep golden brown and internal temp is 165F

for the salad:
i made dinner for my whole family, so the amount i had is around 1/4 of the salad, which i estimated to be about 45c. the whole salad recipe makes 373g worth and is only 177 cal. you could have the entire salad and still have a very low cal dinner!
85g corn (70c), 92g cucumber (15c), 107g cherry tomatoes (20c), 100g low-fat cottage cheese (op: used 1% nordica, 72c), and salt to taste.

i need help (+backstory cuz idk)

i’m fairly new to reddit and also a 14 year old girl with crazy brain fog so forgive me if i don’t explain things clearly or don’t make sense sometimes. at the start of this year, i developed a binge eating disorder but didnt realize how much weight i gained until march. i think i gained like 20ish lbs (??) in the span of 3 months and everyone except for me was seeing it, until one day my dad asked me to step on the home scale and once he saw my weight he told me to “lay off the sugar and move around more” (im sure he had no bad intentions but it still hurt). so right after that, i went up to my room and sobbed while looking for ways to lose weight quickly. of course, the most recommended thing was a calorie deficit. when i started, i intended for it to be healthy weight loss to get back to my “normal weight” and then continue living how i did before. the thing is, once i lost the 20lbs i just couldn’t not restrict. i forgot how to live without restricting, and every time i looked in the mirror i still wasn’t satisfied with what i saw. by this time, my parents began to get a bit concerned since i would basically never eat and i started to look “sick”. i would faint here and there, causing more concern but finally by late june (at my lowest weight) my parents seriously sat me down and confronted me about everything (restricting, weighing myself at like 5am before anyone woke up even though my dad would literally be awake and i didn’t know, throwing out food etc) and they said that if i didn’t start to gain i’d be taken to inpatient. obviously, i didn’t want that experience because i heard so many horror stories of that place and would rather recover by myself and at my own pace. i did some research, and decided being a caloric surplus and working out time to time would be best for me. i also decided that i wouldn’t weigh myself and just had a “whatever happens happens” mindset. it was genuinely going really well, until one day i was home alone, making breakfast, and had impulsive thoughts of weighing myself since nobody would know. low and behold, i did weigh myself and saw that i gained a couple pounds since i started recovering, which was actually only for 3-4 weeks at that point. immediately, i relapsed and have since been under eating and overexercising again. i don’t think anyone has noticed, but i am rapidly losing again. now im at a point i don’t even want to be at, im not even happy with how i look when i get thinner, i genuinely think i look better with some weight on, but i can’t stand seeing the scale go up at ALL. i’m really sorry if that whole backstory wasn’t necessary, i’m just hoping it would explain stuff that wouldn’t make sense if i didn’t include it 🥲?? so i guess my actual question here is how do i stop with obsessive tracking and how can i stop my addiction to losing weight?? if i could get rid of the scale or anything that triggers me TRUST ME I WOULD but both of my parents are on a healthy weight loss journey, specifically my dad who always shares his fasting progress with me or how much he lost this week, and it would just be so embarrassing and awkward for me to ask him to stop or hide the scale (which is kept in the living room/kitchen area). again i’m really sorry if this doesn’t make sense i just really need help on how to not restrict since im going on vacation in a week and really want to just relax and enjoy it before school starts again AGH i’ve been rambling for too long if you have a question please feel free to ask and PLS feel free to help me
