How do you deal with close ones who use psychiatry and then their empathy is reduced to null?

Or like when they go into rage attacks and all the other things SSRI users do.

Do you nudge them to get off?

Timeline and transaction data from the recent Looksmax token promotion

For those who don't know the background, Looksmax is an online forum dedicated to monetizing body dysmorphia and its influencers have publicly promoted dangerous physical interventions, such as taking unregulated substances and 'bonesmashing'. Looksmax is run by the same team that manages the broader, exploitative incel forum network. Recently, the platform coordinated with a crypto promoter to market a custom token to its community directly before its peak valuation, where on-chain records show the developer wallet transferred out $32k around the exact all-time high, while GMGN's trading data shows remaining participants left with net losses or otherwise dramatically lower returns.

Public social media activity shows that the official Looksmax brand promoted thiis "Looksmax" coin last night heavily and shortly leading right up to its all-time high price. The forum operator used an image presented as his own face in the marketing material, while their official social media account posted multiple promotions alongside an affiliated promoter just before the price peaked.

Furthermore, on the exchange itself the affiliated crypto promoter publicly admitted to orchestrating the launch with the forum, posting and claiming that after "dming LooksmaxMe" the forum provided a wallet address to receive "all the fees and the dev supply." This means, if the the dev is being honest the incel forum owners promoted the coin shortly before the all-time-high and when they transferred the tokens and dumped them on the users.

The funds transferred at the top were immediately split and routed into three separate secondary addresses.

  • One received 50M tokens from the dev fund. (worth $28.5k at the time) from the main creator wallet at the absolute market peak. Over the next hour, it engaged in a textbook "split and dump" strategy by wash-trading (buying smaller batches to artificially inflate volume) while simultaneously executing massive sell orders (totaling 41.6 million tokens for ~$8.14k in SOL) directly into retail liquidity as the price crashed. Finally, instead of selling the rest, it transferred the remaining 40.2 million tokens to a third completely new wallet.

In on-chain forensics, sending small test amounts (like the 200k tokens sent to xxx) is known as layering or peel chaining:

Do you follow Jesus' teachings?

Specifically these quotes:

"Give to everyone who asks you, and if anyone takes what belongs to you, do not demand it back." — Luke 6:30

"In the same way, those of you who do not give up everything you have cannot be my disciples." — Luke 14:33

"Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." — Matthew 6:19-21

Problems with providers [Virginia]

I'm not sure I could pay my providers to care less about me. It's really bizarre. They don't answer portal messages about anything meaningful. They don't follow up to see if I'm ok about anything. Half use my disabilities against me and as reason not to take me on as a 'full patient'. I've gotten really reckless, life threatening advice from a bunch of them as well. It's very very depressing.

Is talk therapy worth it? - srs question

I have a psychologist on paper but not sure to keep persuing it. When talk therapy goes wrong it make me feel very unstable. When it goes right I feel a bit relieved for a week or so. And it's always very unpredictable.

Ndad has threatened to lock me in the basement repeatedly

My dad has every trait of narcissism: thinks he has connections with celebrities that he does not, gaslights constantly, calls me psychotic constantly (my depression diagnosis explicitly excludes psychosis and has for almost a decade), makes people wait for him for no reason constantly, isolates and scapegoats, lost a lawsuit for not paying a worker, turns everything small into a huge issue, and gives people presents with his face on it.

He has held a grudge against me since 2019 for complaining about a scheme he had to commit welfare fraud in my name in order to pay for his prior mortgage, which I put a stop to.

For a while, he has explicitly threatened to put a door downstairs in order to install a lock and then keep me from accessing the front door and main floor area. Today he hired someone to install a door between the basement (where I live) and the front door. The basement consists of two rooms, one of which I occupy at-will, the other of which is unoccupied. I am not a nuisance in the house but he tries to scapegoat me and isolate me since 2019. There is nothing fundamentally wrong with installing a door, at all. It just makes it a 5 minute exercise for him to follow through on his threat and put on a lock if he wants to.

While the construction worker was here I informed him the legal issues with having alock which could prevent me from accessing the front door and kitchen sink, he agreed, also citing fire code rules. While I was writing this my mom also said she would make sure he won't. as she has told him not to before, so that's good.
