No shops around me have carried dwarf rasboras for months now, anyone else have this experience?

I know the availability of fish changes with the tides (lol) but I'm wondering if there's something larger going on that someone knows about. I've been wanting to add about 15 more to my shoal (currently only 5) but it's been about a half year now where no local shop carries them. I'm hesitant to ship the fish, mostly for the cost, but it's starting to look more and more enticing.

Knees already sublux but now my elbow dislocates from trying to get out of a bean bag chair???? Please tell me your physical therapy success stories!

Nurse at Urgent Care told me to wear a splint and sling for SEVEN TO FOURTEEN DAYS!!! I'm already kind of used to my knees being a pain but adding a whole new body part to the mix pissed me off.

I'm contacting a PT tomorrow to see if I can start going, and at twice a week at that, and am hoping to hear stories for any of y'all that have had multiple joint dislocation/subluxations that were significantly helped or stopped from PT.

Thanks!

Was trying to get a video of my kuhli loach and then this guy photobombs. Was not expecting this level of progress in less than 24 hours from his swim bladder issues.

Here's my post from last night for reference https://www.reddit.com/r/bettafish/s/FlBo1aHbIT

I'm so happy, especially since he still isn't showing any signs of aggression towards the other fish or shrimp. I know this can change, but I'm 2-2 for having bettas that never attacked shrimp (or even flared for that matter) so crossing my fingers my luck continues.

Now let's just hope I can actually keep his fast up for at least another day and that he doesn't eat up all the kuhli loaches food.

Rescued* this sickly betta from Petco. Despite swim bladder issues and upon immediate introduction to the tank, he already tried to go after a shrimp and then ate a few pellets. No name yet but he's got a fighting spirit!

This is the third betta I've had. They've all had issues and have all recovered to live great, although never very long, lives. Both my last guys lived from 1-1.5 years, I hope this one lives as long as his quality of life is good. I'm very excited about this new addition and will be updating his progress.

*whether or not you think paying Petco for a betta is a rescue (I actually do) I can't talk about how I acquired him, lest I break some rules in here.

This is the amount of bread and confectionery we have to toss away regularly because management says so.
