Update for Hungarian from Romania
The update is way better for me, those massive swings were needed. We know of some Armenian heritage so Western Turkey makes sense (though it's higher than it should be). Belgium is the only odd one out.

Newly pregnant here and terrified my life will be on hold for the next three years. I love exercise and it's so so important for my mental health. But the past three years have been a wash with 5 surgeries, which means I could barely do anything besides ACL rehab. I haven't even graduated ACL rehab 2 years post op because of my other surgeries and some persistent metatarsalgia. And just as things were getting better, I got pregnant.
I need some hope. How realistic is it to return to exercise pp and how disruptive are the early years? I'm just dreading a scenario where I have some pregnancy complication or feel awful and can barely exercise in the next several months, and then I have a newborn and birth complications, and I'm tired and constantly sick... Do people have any positive stories to share?
I've been a fencesitter my whole life but a year ago decided that I'd rather have a family when old than not. It was a 60/40 decision. We started trying 6months ago, but tbh I kind of expected it will not happen because of our ages. I gave it a 10% chance.
Well, now I am 5weeks pregnant and I'm truly miserable. I always thought I'd hate pregnancy and the first few years. The thought of constant tiredness and sacrifice are making me feel dejected and low-level depressed for the first time in my life. I've always been the anxious type; this depression is new. I've been through a very difficult few years with many surgeries and a job that sucks before this. I was finally looking forward to feeling good... and then this happened.
I'm not sure what I'm looking for. Maybe advice from those who experienced something similar and whether it got better? I can't bring myself to terminate, that would mean I discarded our last chance. But I can't feel any hope about the future either. Secretly I'm hoping for a miscarriage and then feeling absolutely awful about it, like I must be the worst person in the world.
Edit: I am so grateful for all the comments! Thank you, you've already helped massively.
I’m disabled and have to rely on taxis regularly. I’ve never seen this happen in other cities. Whenever I use Bolt or Uber, it will take much longer for drivers to pick me up than estimated and often a driver will drive toward me, only to cancel a few minutes in or start going in a different direction, waiting on me to cancel. I find this difficult to understand and frankly, frustrating and cruel (especially when I have to get somewhere on time).
Can someone explain what’s going on?
Ever since updating to ios 26, Garmin Connect has been draining my battery fast. I have background app refresh turned off (and in battery saver mode anyway) and yet Connect will eat half of my battery overnight.
Anyone else faced this problem and managed to solve it? Did a restart, reinstalled Connect, but neither made any difference.
