you guys pls help every time i play laney is happening the same thing im doing my regular rotation for her and i always missing ER for her ult and every rotation it become more and more that in some point i can't get the ult at all

and the problem is that her build is petty decent 270 cr dmg 76 cr rate 122.8 ER

Seriously I want to ask Kuro games straight in the face why would they make Lucy This Fu***** weak compere to 3.x character hell even to 2.x she still in the weak side

Seriously why if Kuro is scared from powercreep who the F cares everyone is going to get powercreep when 4.0 drops at least make her revenant now

But the problem is this that she so weak that her DMG is reaching Carlotta level of DMG like what's the point like who even need another Carlotta just in different clothes

I'm genuinely pissed of I really really want Lucy she looks fun and design is fire but as F2P who is trying minmax everything and gets the most value worth is frustrating to see her this weak I just don't want to Lucy just to sit in the bench and do nothing outside looking petty
