Looking for Missing Piece of Our Team

We posted about this a little while ago and had a few good conversations. While there was interest, none of them turned into the long-term working relationship we were hoping for.

So, here we are again.

My cofounder and I run an AI services company while building our own in-house SaaS product. We enjoy building and shipping products, but we're looking for someone whose strength is taking them to customers.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys sales, business development, and building relationships. Someone who's excited by customer conversations, partnerships, and figuring out how to grow a business alongside the product.

We're not in a rush to call someone a cofounder. We'd rather start by working together, earn each other's trust, and see where it leads.

If you're interested, or if you know someone who might be, send me a message.

Sometimes finding the right person just takes another ask

Looking for the missing piece of our founding team.

Hi everyone, My cofounder and I have spent the last several months building instead of talking. Today, we run an AI services company, we've built our own SaaS product, and we've already started getting early adopters. The product side isn't where we're stuck. Where we're struggling is what comes next: finding someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships, talking to customers, and turning conversations into revenue. We're not looking for someone to "do sales for us." We're looking for someone who wants to help build the company alongside us. Ideally, you've sold high-ticket B2B services or SaaS before, understand outbound and partnerships, and are excited by the challenge of taking something from early traction to a real business. We know finding a cofounder through Reddit is unconventional, and we're not expecting to hand out equity after a few chats. We'd rather start by working together, see if there's mutual trust and chemistry, and let a partnership develop naturally. If this resonates with you, or you know someone who might be a fit, I'd love to connect. Sometimes the hardest part isn't building the product. It's finding the right people to build the company with.

Looking for the missing piece of our founding team.

My cofounder and I have reached a point where we've become very clear about one thing. We don't need more ideas. We don't need another engineer. We need someone who genuinely enjoys selling. Over the past few months we've built a SaaS product, started getting early adopters, and we run an AI services business. We can build products all day, but we're realizing that building a company is a completely different skill. If you're the kind of person who likes talking to customers, opening doors, closing deals, and figuring out how to grow a business, we'd love to meet you. We're not looking to hand out a cofounder title because we had a couple of good conversations. We'd rather work together first, see if we enjoy solving problems together, and earn each other's trust. If you've sold B2B software or high-ticket services before and have been looking for builders instead of another idea, send me a message. Maybe nothing comes from it. Maybe we end up building something great together. Either way, I thought it was worth asking
