Anyone else here think mini pony plushies would be wonderful?

Imagine having a tiny derpy plushie that can fit in your pocket or put it in front of your computer screen. I just think tiny plushies would be so adorable and fun.

Prayers for medication to work well for mental illness and for OCD to get better.

I've been struggling a lot since April with mental health. I finally found a good medication, but it causes blurry vision, and raising the dose makes my vision worse. I'm praying that the medication starts working in my system better. My OCD causes me to say things I don't mean. My mind basically picks the worst thing to say. It is getting better slowly, but the anxiety with it is really exhausting. I haven't been able to attend church properly in months. This is a very trying period for me. I just want my mental health to get better. I'm very tired of all this suffering. It is good for my soul, but it is difficult. Things need to get better for me. These rough periods for me never last this long.

The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages: High highs with extremely frustrating lows.

Oracle of Ages is a great Zelda game bogged down heavily by some terrible puzzles and bosses. I've played all the Gameboy Zelda games, and this one was easily the hardest one. Some puzzles in this game are ridiculously hard and convoluted, particularly for some of the bosses. These puzzle bosses range from stupidly easy with the solution to ridiculously hard to land a hit to HOW IN THE WORLD WAS I SUPPOSE TO FIGURE THAT OUT! The worst bosses are a mix of the last two. Some bosses just have convoluted solutions to damage them. One of the worst bosses was Ramrock in the level 8 dungeon Ancient Tomb. Ramrock has multiple phases, with each phase requiring progressively more convoluted solutions to hurt him. The last phase has you ricochet an item off a wall to hit him in the back. This boss was frustrating as heck. Fortunately, Zelda Dungeon exists and gave me the solution for the final phase.

Zelda Dungeon is essential for this game. It is so easy to get completely stuck at some random puzzle in a dungeon or in the overworld. I found that sometimes what needed to be done was pretty difficult or frustrating to figure out. I found myself getting annoyed half the time trying to figure out how to get to the next dungeon. Zelda Dungeon was very handy to get the solution so I could progress. I've never relied on Zelda Dungeon like this before. I greatly prefer in games figuring things out on my own and getting at most a vague hint to point me in the right direction. There was one particular dungeon where I just relied on Zelda Dungeon for the whole thing.

Jabu Jabu's Belly is the 2D Zelda equivalent of the Water Dungeon. You even control water levels in this one, too. I had heard nothing but bad things about this dungeon before playing it. I got stuck very early on and realized I was going to lose my mind trying to solve this dungeon because the whole dungeon is one long confusing puzzle, where any wrong moves that changes the water level can set you back and add to the confusion. I relied on Zelda Dungeon to guide me through it step by step. Thank God, I chose to do this because it would have been absolute hell for me to figure out on my own.

One of the most frustrating parts of this game is the swim controls. These controls are alright and like all the other 2D Zelda games until the final third of the game where you are given an item that let's you swim faster and in deeper water. This item completely changes how you move in the water. Instead of holding the d-pad button in the direction you want to go, you mash the button now. I found myself mashing the button hundreds of times to move around in the water to get to where I wanted to go. It was really annoying.

Also, a more personal complaint is the overworld theme for the present is the same as the Overworld theme for the other two Gameboy Zelda games. I'm pretty sick of hearing this version of this Zelda overworld theme at this point. I wish they didn't keep reusing it so much. It's a great theme but I've heard this version too many times.

I know it probably sounds like at this point that I don't like this game, but I do. I just don't love it like other Zelda games, but what kept me playing this game were the great dungeons. There are some excellent dungeons in this game. Skull Dungeon, Mermaid Cave, and Ancient Tomb were all really fun overall and had great puzzles.

Mermaid Cave had the great twist of the dungeon needing to be solved in the past before eventually needing to be continued in the present. It was a great realization for me to figure out I needed to leave the dungeon and visit it in the present. In the present, the layout is the same, but the dungeon is in ruin, and the enemies, rooms, and puzzles are different. The only two problems with this dungeon are that the boss is very easy, and this is when the swim controls change. I still greatly enjoyed this dungeon despite those things, and it is my second favorite dungeon in the game.

Ancient Tomb is the last dungeon, and it had a fun layout where you descend deeper into it. I missed the map early on in the dungeon and had no clue how much farther I had to go. It gave the dungeon a feeling of mystery as it felt I was going deeper into a darker and darker place. I loved most of the different puzzles for getting the ancient tablets to descend deeper into the dungeon. Boss is, unfortunately, Ramrock, though, but the dungeon is pretty good besides him.

Skull Dungeon is my favorite dungeon! The song of this dungeon is so good! Its the best song in the game! Great puzzles and layout! I love the dungeon item, the Switch Hook. It is a great twist on the usual Hookshot. This version lets you switch places with an enemy or item. Some great puzzles involved this item!

I almost forgot to mention that this game is interlinked with Oracle of Seasons. Certain things you do in one game can carry over to the other. A lot of these things are minor, and all require entering codes from game to game. I wasn't really interested in most of the linked game content. It does have an extra final boss as the ending for both games. I will be spoiling it.

This final final boss is okay. It's multiple phases and a bit frustrating, but more than anything, it's disappointing. Especially the Ganon fight at the end. Ganon is a bit of a pushover, and it's just Ganon's body and doesn't have his soul, so Gannon is a mindless monster that attacks. This is probably the worst Ganon fight in the series.

Overall, I really wanted to love Oracle of Ages, but due to some bad swim controls, puzzles, and bosses. I did not enjoy this game as much as other Zelda games. If you are going to play any of the Oracle games, just play Seasons. It's way better.

Based on past evidence I believe the next Fallout game will be in New Orleans.

This instagram post is from about 10 years ago, and has since been deleted or archived. Josh Sawyer has mentioned in the past a few times that he wants to make a Fallout game in New Orleans or has slipped up in mentioning it. This post goes over a few of those times: https://www.reddit.com/r/Fallout/s/Mz57giVPKN

There is also a trademark for Fallout New Orleans: https://www.tweaktown.com/news/53417/fallout-new-orleans-trademark-spotted/index.html

Now, from what I understand, (take this with a grain of salt) The original Fallout New Orleans was canceled, but it is now likely going to be resurrected.

Recommendations for what to play of the free games given by Amazon or Epic

I've claimed an absurd number of games given by Amazon and Epic over the years. A lot of the games I don't even know what they are. Please recommend me the best of them. I've already played Subnautica, Mafia 2, Deliver at All Costs, and The Messenger. Those are the ones I remember at the top of my head.

Please pray that my new medication works for my mental illness.

I've been suffering a lot recently because I can't find the right medication for my problems. While this suffering is good for the purification of my soul. Mental illness is keeping me away from church and making ending a sinful addiction harder. This addiction would be behind me if mental illness didn't keep it haunting me. I've also just grown very tired of all these mental problems. It's exhausting. This new medication needs to work because if it doesn't, I have to pay for Genesight to find a proper medication, and that is expensive. I'm sick of medication having horrible side effects. I pray to God to give me relief from all this. I want to truly live, not just survive day by day.

Book where the world is a utopia teetering on becoming a dystopia. Bonus points if the main characters are wholesome and good, and the villains are dark and extremely evil.

I love seeing a world in a story that is worth fighting for. It really raises the stakes. I love it when who or what is being fought is incredibly dark. Any genre will work. I'm a big fan of the worlds of Star Trek and My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. They are pretty much utopias that end up on the verge of becoming dystopias often.
