Anyone in Berlin interested in forming a post-rock or shoegaze band?

Hiii everyone :))! 36m here, I play the guitar and juuuuuust a bit of keyboard. Been writing and releasing music solo for quite some time (https://suburbandinosaur.bandcamp.com), and I miss playing with more people, so this just seemed like the natural step. Post-rock and shoegaze are probably my favourite genres (big fan of Mogwai, Slowdive, Parannoul, GY!BE, etc), and I really want to make music that’s a bit loud :)))!! No matter what instrument you play, if you’re interested, just answer here or shoot me a DM :D

Spider-phobe going to Japan next week. Will I likely see a huntsman?

Hi!!! Yes…. This is yet another post of someone asking about the spider situation… Specifically, huntsman spiders. I can tolerate big spiders, but not huntsman-big :’lll. I know they’re useful and harmless but, alas, it’s not a rational fear.

I’ll be going next week, just for 12 days, to Tokyo and Kyoto, staying in normal hotels and one (very central) ryokan. I know this is absolutely the worst time for spiders but it was the only time we could do :’(((. So….. How likely do you think it is I’ll see one? Will I be fine or should I start practicing my internal screaming? Thank you!!
