A white truck with Japanese letters sticker on window and a bed full of trash just exhaust spewed white smoke on me biking by and the entire 4-5 blocks of boulevard to the light along with a city bus and just smiled when I yelled at them on south bay. Is there no recourse to this?
It would be very popular to ban these trucks in Olympia and make non bus line roads narrower to block them from passing through.
