I LOVE this song and episode, it is so absurd and soooo unnecessarily well-written. This song is so complex, I love the overlapping vocals and harmonies. If anyone here is a music nerd, please tell me what’s happening here because I’d love to listen to more music like this.

Hi! I only recently learned that people can be paid for their commute when helping out at other stores. I’m in a kind of odd situation, I live 30 minutes from work so I already spend an hour total driving every day. Our truck recently changed to nighttime, so my shifts are split (4 hours in the morning, 4 hours at night for unload). I can’t really justify loitering around town for 8 hours between shifts. This means I have to spend 2 hours in my car every truck day. Gas is expensive and it’s definitely adding up!! I was wondering if there is anything I can do about this other than ask (again) to not come in for the later truck unload.

Is this normal? I legit had an emotional breakdown this morning because it’s REALLY hard to not take it personally. I am FT Replen, I am here every damn day opening boxes and pushing freight. My store is an absolute nightmare and it’s been going on for years. I work my ass off despite pushing aside by metal and physical health. I’ve had multiple panic attacks / breakdowns about all of the damn boxes everywhere. And seeing 20 reviews saying how messy and understocked the store is every time I go into the break room is NOT a motivator. We all know this already. I know the reviews aren’t directed at me personally but it is so hard to not feel responsible for the state of the store. I want to talk to the SM about it because it is VERY demotivating… I have had to take 3 mini cry-breaks already and I’ve only been here an hour. I’m probably doxxing myself with this post but I just cannnnottttt deal with this.
