my race is on July 26 in the morning and my plan officially renews on July 26 at 6:30 PM. I don’t have plans to run another race after that, so I’m wondering if there’s any reason I should not cancel my subscription. I’m a little worried about canceling since it is so close to the race, but I don’t want to spend another month until I have a race in mind.
Most says I look at my phone to see the runna app and then put on my watch when heading out the door for that day’s run. The watch often has workouts listed as if it is still the previous day, so today’s workouts will show as “upcoming” instead of listed for today. Exiting/Restarting the app and reopening fixes the issue. I am on strong wifi this entire time. I shouldn’t have to do this to have it update the watch. It should pull updates from the server when I look at the watch.
I have noticed in interval blocks that the first pace announcement in a fast segment (after a slow segment) is slow. If I maintain this pace, the next announcement says I am going much faster. My guess is that the pace announcement is calculated in part with some data from during the slow segment. I suggest that each pace announcement only be calculated with pace data from the current segment rather than a rolling pace calculation including some of the slow interval beforehand
Example:
6 x [0.5mi @ 7min, 90s walking rest]
I complete 90s rest and start the 0.5mi @ 7min segment. Ten seconds in I get a pace announcement that says I am going too slow at 8:40 pace and to speed up slightly. I maintain pace for another ten seconds and hear “On pace”.
I suspect the sliding pace calculation window contains some of the 90s walking rest in the first announcement, and then none of it in the second one, as well as the following announcements.
Please DM if more info required. this is annoying because many would be prompted to speed up based on the first announcement and end up going too fast (me).

My car has always been a bit of a rough ride. has anyone improved this with aftermarket additions or tweaks? I have the larger rims which have heard make the drive a bit bumpier.
Super frustrating that weight workouts aren’t listed or acknowledged in the app. Particularly frustrating that the timer isn’t linked to the watch so I have to keep my eye on the phone if I’m not wearing my headphones to know when it finishes.
After each workout, I have to go into the Apple Watch Runna app and click the “sync now” button for the completed workout waiting to be synced before it appears in my iPhone app. I don’t know what to change to make this automated. Apple Watch and iPhone with all permissions enabled and on WiFi when this happens. charging watch doesn’t help
