Roadzen RDZN Delivers Best Quarter in Company History with Record Q1 FY2027 Revenue of $16.2 Million, Up 49% Year-Over-Year

I don't think anyone was expecting earnings to come out today? The date I kept seeing was the 25th. Well, another great quarter in the books.

Mephisto Day 31 - Grandpa Joe's Gas + Creme de la Chem

Little worried about the light green/banding on the new GJG leaves. Have fed very minor nutes to start, will be upping it with more calmag next feeding.

CDLC started out slower/smaller and has remained that way. Short and fat in comparison.

Also had a Ravenberry which had to be tossed due to what appeared to be a variegation mutation.

These are still the EARLY days of Amprius

You should not be overly concerned about price movement here.

The fact is that mass drone warfare is the future. AI robotics is the future. eVTOL is the future. All need high energy density batteries. $20 on this stock is nowhere near the end game.

Hundreds of billions if not trillions of dollars will to pour into drone warfare / counter-warfare alone over 5 years and it will only accelerate.

Amprius will be at $550-600M revenue minimum by 2030. They will continue improving their batteries. Next stop is 600 Wh/kg in 2h 2027, according to their roadmap.

Accumulate this cheap and hold for 5-8 years, or until revenue growth misses or slows.

Perfect rebound off oversold RSI

It's not a coincidence. If you are smart you bought 8-9. Breakout is confirmed now, and you'll kick yourself later for not buying at 11.

Mephistos Day 15, 2 runtybois

All broke soil 7/13. Using HappyFrog + perlite, no nutes yet. 300W MarsHydro.

Grandpa Joes Gas is looking normal for 2 weeks.

CDLC is growing slower, seems to be a couple days behind but looks normal otherwise.

Ravenberry is not doing well, first leaves came out slightly deformed. I've had runts take their time and end up being full sized, so letting it grow for now.

Short Interest increases 250% 6/30

Just spreading awarenes... ChatGPT screenshot. June 30 numbers were published on 7/10. The overall short interest is a small percentage but there was a 3.5x volume increase, probably shorting into the weakness after the offering news. Explains some of the selling pressure if shorts are continuing to pile on in July. Next report through 7/15 comes out 7/24.

Roadzen (RDZN) Signs Definitive Agreement to Acquire a Leading European MGA Focused on Short-Term Car Rental Insurance

The acquisition is expected to add a scaled, fully regulated European insurance platform powering over 800,000 policies annually, with approximately $18–20 million in revenue and approximately $1.6–2 million in EBITDA

The acquisition is being made by Roadzen's India subsidiary, Roadzen Technologies Limited ("Roadzen India"), which is 92% owned by Roadzen Inc. Under the terms of the purchase agreement, the sellers may elect to receive equity in Roadzen India, based on a valuation of Roadzen India at approximately $280 million, or cash. As a result, the transaction is not expected to be directly dilutive to Roadzen's Nasdaq shareholders. Total consideration is approximately $15 million — 50% payable at closing and 50% structured as a three-year earn-out contingent on milestones.

RoadZen RDZN update - 2 major catalysts with breakout potential

I posted this before RDZN's last major breakout from $1 to $2.50 at the end of April.

https://www.reddit.com/r/pennystocks/s/oqc6zoogk2

A series of contract wins propelled the price over $2 very quickly.

They announced a small offering at $1.70 when the price was around $2.35 which killed any momentum. It dropped back to the 1.50s this week which is a great buy zone.

But there was another new $10M contract win announced yesterday 6/16 + two big catalysts coming up at the end of June -- earnings and Russel Index inclusion.

  1. Earnings @ 6/29: The CEO has been consistently guiding for breakeven EBITDA for the past 6 months in Q4 (This report is their Q4). The best possible scenario is they post breakeven/positive EBITDA and raise guidance. Last Q had just -0.59M adjusted EBITDA (virtually breakeven). I think it is very likely they beat and raise guidance based on all the new contract wins.

  2. Russell Index inclusion (Shares get added on 6/26 and the new reconstitution begins trading 6/29, same day as earnings). The recent William Blair investor deck says this could result in 6-8M shares being bought. This will be a major liquidity event, coupled with another high liquidity event like earnings - the end of the month could become explosive if they post the aforementioned earnings results, and even more so if they raise guidance.

--

Recent wins:

4/14 - 2M - (unknown amount, guessing) UK GAP partnership, no revenue disclosed, probably $2M.

4/22 - 2.5M - UK subsidiary contracts

4/27 - 10M - VehicleCare mandate / growth

4/29 - 2.5M - Additional India DriveBuddy contracts, preparing for ADAS mandate (this is huge, more big DriveBuddy wins are coming by Q1/Q2 next year as India fleets prepare for the ADAS government mandate .. $200M annual revenue potential)

4/30 - 6M - Insurance capacity LOI

5/6 - Unknown impact - Partnership with global autoparts network enables to continue scaling VehicleCare

(New) 6/16 - 2nd VehicleCare contract worth $10M

--

All total this makes at least 30M new annual revenue that will materialize over the next 6-12mo. IMO this is not priced in, nor is their apparent explosive growth in their VehicleCare business.

Of course, no guarantee .. DYODD. And watch out above 2.50, they have done offerings in the past around there.

I am holding 25k shares, targetting $3 by end of this year and $5-7 EOY 2027.
