I’m 3 weeks postpartum, waiting until I’m cleared by my OB to go back to the gym, just thinking ahead. My gym has a sectioned-off area for young kids, but most moms with infants keep them nearby during the workout. It’s a 20 minute drive to the gym, workout is an hour, then 20 minutes back. It’s CrossFit, so a pretty open space.

Moms - do you keep baby in a car seat or do you bring a travel bassinet/play yard? Do you keep baby nearby, or put them in a dedicated area for kids? My biggest concern would be barbells

- Also, ear muffs for baby with loud music playing?

My breasts do not fit the shape of the typical flange, like the one that came with my Spectra. I’m working with a LC and we found oval-shaped flanges that work better, but she thinks a saucer shape would be near perfect. However, I can’t find a saucer-shaped flange that fits with the other Spectra parts.

Anyone have any suggestions or recommendations? Or if you’ve found a saucer flange that is compatible with Spectra, please share!

Looking for a crime show I saw on TV within the past 6 months. I believe it’s from 2020s, but could be 2010s. There are two main characters, one is a detective and the other is possibly a reformed criminal. I remember a couple episodes, but google isn’t helping:

1. A limo driver kills a passenger. The female passenger had glitter on her, and they try to use this as one way to solve her murder. The limo driver takes care of his grandma, but he’s abusive toward her
2. A record producer (potentially artist?) and his wife are getting divorced, he turns up dead. This is all I remember from this one
3. A town is having a “celebration” for a creepy series of murders that happened years ago. The murderer comes back and starts killing people again. I believe he mails body parts (teeth, bones?) to victims. One of the potential victims is a male with agoraphobia.
