Here are the natal charts of two Venus Talismans and I am confused which one should I pick. As a newbie to planetary magic, I have minimal knowledge on which one would be more potent. I would appreciate any suggestions.

I've been going down the rabbit hole of traditional astrological magic (mostly through Picatrix and Agrippa) and I keep running into both planetary talismans and lunar mansion talismans treated as separate categories, but I can't quite pin down what makes them fundamentally different.

As I understand it:

Planetary talismans are timed to a planet's dignities, cazimi, election chart, etc. and embody that planet's sphere of influence

Lunar mansion talismans draw power from whichever of the 28 mansions the Moon is transiting at the time of creation

But here's where I get confused — the Moon is also a planet, and some lunar mansion talismans seem to have the same purposes as, say, a Venus or Jupiter talisman (love, prosperity, etc.). So is the lunar mansion system basically just a more granular version of working with the Moon, or is it a completely separate magical logic?
Again, are lunar mansion talismans fast working compared to planetary talismans ?

I'm considering getting either a 3rd or 5th pentacle of venus. I would appreciate your experience with that.

28 M. My face is considerably darker than arms and chest. I suppose - it is due to long term sun exposure in tropical climate.

Any suggestions? I'm also open to surgical means to lighten up, if it is effective.
