Does anyone know what this actually is? It has a ln interesting texture to it I'm curious.
I am trying to diagnose a film scratching issue and I think it may be the screws inside on the latching mechanism. I assume I can put some black touchup paint inside if necessary if I decide to lightly file a small spot.
Just arrived on my door. I really like Rammy in general, I actually signed up for one of his upcoming classes. The book is nice, small, pretty end papers. Signed and remarked. I like how everything is in one location, it really makes me realize I don't need to have 15 cameras and travel all over trying to get great shots.
Doesn't seem to be bugs. Tan/beige in color. I can wipe them off with my finger and qtip, sprays off with water. But comes back after a few days. Seems to not be a big deal, but I'm curious what it might be? It almost looks like bugs, but I've wiped these spots with alcohol and they go away but come back.
We just got back from a 8 day vacation and before I left this little bud was only about 0.75" long. I was totally expecting to see it happen right after we got back, but it looks like it was maybe last night? This was my first big bloom so I was really looking forward to it. Hope it pushes another.
We were going to see the Odyssey at Parkway Plaza Friday afternoon. I was walking towards the door back by 5 Guys and all of the sudden kids on ebikes started spilling out of the doors from inside the mall like it was a clown car. A seemingly neverending stream came out and then a security guard came stomping out after them yelling things like "You better get out of here, I know where you live! I know where you live!"
At this point the kids just kept riding around the entrance in circles, one frumpy kid on a mini gas bike just kept revving his little engine over and over.
Seemed like some other managers came out to get the kids to leave and at that point we were just trying to weave through them to get inside and one of the kids ran over my foot. Lol. The manager guy screamed "see now you ran over a customer" and we just went inside to get to the movie.
The whole mall was kinda weird and smelled like exhaust probably from the mini frump. Pure chaos. I did find an article about probably the same group of kids banging on cars and blocking traffic.
My dad recently passed away so I am trying to sell his camera gear to help out. I have individual pics of each lens and can send those all out to interested parties.

I know this is impossible, but here we are. I bought a store strawberry already in a pot. It sits on a patio with a couple Konjac plants. I have not reported this strawberry. But, would you believe that it looks like a Konjac is now growing in this pot with the strawberries? I cannot for the life of me figure this out and the coincidence is too high.

Also, the leaves on one of my other plants have changed mid cycle this year. I've had them 3 years. Is this typical?
I have a cowboy hat I got from a family member that I want to keep. It's a little small so I want to get it stretched a bit and maybe rebanded. I know Boot Barn has limited capability but does anyone have any experience with hat alterations in town?
Sprayed the grass in the yard with weed and feed and I think a few of my potted cactuses got over spray from the hose. No direct or intentional soil spraying on the potted plants. 3 of 14 pots have something going on.
One is really not happy. It's leaking fluid and one side is very traumatized. The flesh is soft on that side.
One is brown spotted at the top.
One got 2 very yellow patches in the last 2 days.
I'm not really sure what to do.
With #1 being soft I think it needs the most attention. I sprayed it off with water and moved it into the shade with #2.
#2, I'm not sure if I should lop the top off or just leave it and monitor.
#3 I think will be fine. It's definitely different response than the other ones.
I'm guessing these are thrips? Is there anything I shouldn't use on an Obesa? It's on a table with a bunch of other stuff so I will isolate it, but I also don't want to harm it.
