I am obsessed with Pokemon and have recently (about a week ago) started a TikTok where I talk about mental health and open Pokemon packs. The account is doing okay so far, but I’m curious what to do to get it to the next level. Would any of you mind watching some of my videos and giving me advice, tips, criticism, etc. on how to reach the right audience? Of note, I’m also brand new to TikTok. I went there around 5:30 PM and saw a miracle of like 800 pokemon packs from the pitch black set. I got some for myself and was/am so excited!!!!! My husband went back literally 15 minutes later and they were alllllllll gone.

I’ve been a PA for 4 years. It’s not worth it. No one respects you. The “work-life balance” is total bullshit. You will be doing everything. All the notes. All the admissions. The doctor will sign off on them while they make 5x more than you. It’s not worth it.

I have a pretty large collection and am looking to sell 5 pairs that I’ve only worn 2-3x. It’s not that I don’t like them, I just want them to go to a better home where they’ll be worn more often. What’s the best place to sell? Facebook? eBay? Here? I’ve found a couple Facebook groups that could potentially work, but just wanted some advice! Thanks in advance. I’ll post pictures of the shoes tomorrow. Hoping to get somewhere around $200 for each.

Just found this new ARG that’s a sci-fi like story with multiple personas. It’s definitely a mystery/sci-fi/punk type thing. I’m waiting to receive my first artifacts in the mail. Has anyone been to the Flip Trade Show? I see it’s in Millbrook this weekend and will be in Hoover in August. As a Pokemon fan, I’m wondering if any fellow Pokemon fans have gone to this and found it fun/successful/good prices, etc?

Does anyone know why the downtown Starbucks is closed? I haven’t had a chance to go by there, but I’ve noticed I’ve been unable to order online for the past 4 days!

Just found out about Crestline Pet Care. It’s an urgent care vet that’s open until 10 PM. I’m here now and the vet, Dr. Upton, is very nice and knowledgeable. Reasonably priced, too! It’s the first urgent care type place that I’ve found that’s not way down 280.
