Need help on diet plan

I need help in coming up with a diet plan or meal plan that best suits my new health needs. So I now have to cut on sugar, acidic foods, fizzy drinks and "artificial spice". I do not know where to start because I have a bit of a bad eating habit where I dont eat, greasy looking food draws back my appetite. I love fruits and everything healthy honestly but I have no idea how to even start with one hence I need help. Maybe a proper meal plan or diet plan will help me with my health and eating habits. Suggestions of iron rich food is welcome as i have a deficiency. Another disclaimer to help with knowing what to suggest is that i hate eggs but i do eat food with eggs in it like baked goods and mayonnaise. Please help me and thank you!!

Should I get a wig or not?

Hie there. I really need advice. This is from a perspective of someone who grew up in an african country so I hope younwont take offence. I relocated from my home country to Australia and there is a big wig culture among black women here and even online in the US and the like. I've tried to get to like wigs about twice and honestly it felt so shitty. The only time I sort of liked wearing a wig was when a friend installed a curly wig for me for her birthday party. To give a bit of context growing up my mother always discouraged things like make up and wigs or colourful hairstyles etc so i feel part of the reasons why I feel wigs are like a humiliation ritual is because of that.

But when i learned the context of wigs in the US and how many black women wear them because of societal structures there insort of hated wigs even more and thought oh wigs are antiblackness. I'm writing this because im so vexed. At the moment I have short hair like twa because I shaved my sister locks off and surprisingly a lot of people keep suggesting wigs to me including my white coworkers and friends and my aunt. Should I buy a wig now because its winter here and I plan on getting braids in summer so should i get a wig for winter? I dont know what to do because I dont really like lace fronts because of how they age badly and damage hairline. Like i really want to look good and im tired of my short hair now and want a new look.Is my dislike for wigs rooted in social conditioning and does it take away the blackness in me even though im darkskinned lol.

I know i said a lot but I really need help because ive been thinking about this with no answers. Thank you queens.

How can I smell good?

Hello there, I need advice on how to smell good. I have a very sensitive nose and I have sinusitis so perfumes trigger me. This actually makes me so sad because I love perfumes. I tried a lot of light perfumes like Byredo La Tulip, Juliet has a gun Not a perfume, dyptique and jo malone and even issey miyake and they still make me sick which is sad because I loved how they smell. I use unscented lotion and soap because scented soaps trigger me. Ive tried spraying them at the ends of my clothes and far from my nose but unfortunately my nose still picks it up and I get sick. Ive tried fabric softener but its bad for clothes and most of them also make me sick as well. Ive tried incense and it didn't go well either.I honestly dont know what to do now because I also want to smell nice rather than smell like nothing. Im open to any recommendations on how to make my clothes smell nice and myself of course. Like I dont smell bad because I do have good hygiene but I want that extra mile that perfume usually does for others. Please and thank you ladies.

Good morning, I genuinely need advice on this as I dont know much about Albany. Im a uwa domestic student Perth campus in my second year with 2 more years to go. Ive thought about it and I might want to use the Albany UWA campus but I dont know if its the right decision. I have to pay for my tuition and rent so is it easy to get a part time job there? How cheap is the accommodation and would it be a wise decision in general because I know very little about the place. Thank you for helping.

To give a bit more context since im a student I'd want to rent a room rather than a house . I work hospitality and have retail experience as well. Im also doing Social work and was planning on going regional for my placement next year so I figured I could go to Albany for my next semester to see how I go.
