Jumped into this journey when Steam Deck version first launched in early access. 60+ hours of playtime later got all of the 2D mainline titles completed and had a flawless journey. PS5 Dominus Collection also through cloud streaming, and such a joy of a run.

Can’t wait for Belmont’s Curse to drop mid-October and hopefully playing it on the full release of Asobi SD. 🤞 Hats off to you, V, for such meaningful progress with new features and releases.

Hasn’t moved past that splash screen and booted back to Asobi menu, but there was hope 🙈 Maybe worth looking into for unreleased pre-orders?

Hey, V! I know it’s just come out today. Not sure if you had a chance to look into making it playable through Cloud Streaming. Currently only Vol 1 present. Would be nice to be able to play it while away from home and remote connection isn’t fixed yet.

Spent some more time with the playtest app purely focusing on stability and performance before the next update comes out.

Honestly, never dropped a frame in hours of local streaming at 100Mbps, 1080p, 60fps. And I was finishing up 100% on classic Castlevania collection and full Rondo of Blood playthrough. Should be a testament to stability since those games are tough 😅

Impressive how well PS5 streaming runs on the Steam Deck through apps like PXPlay.

Loved this first mod of mine and appreciated my Steam Deck even more after. Breathed some new clear orange life into to my older LCD deck. 🧡 Now just waiting for the Decksight OLED panel to arrive.

What was the first mod for your deck?

After seeing so many awesome builds here, I finally pulled the trigger and gave my Steam Deck the Extremerate full shell treatment.

I won’t go deep into the assembly process and tips since that’s been covered a lot on this sub (and honestly, those posts helped me a ton, so thank you all).

What I didn’t find much info on though was the clear orange shell. I was a bit hesitant ordering it not sure how it might look in real life.

Happy to report: it looks fantastic.

Photos really don’t do it justice. If you’re on the fence about this color specifically, I’d 100% recommend it.

Also, for anyone thinking “this is probably too advanced for me”, I felt the same way going in. But with patience (and a bit of courage opening it up the first time), it’s absolutely doable. This didn’t feel like pro-only mod to me.

Eyeing the DeckSight screen upgrade for my LCD next. 👀
