Top pic is from my early 20s when I was struggling with self-doubt and feeling out of shape.
Bottom pic is from last weekend. Sticking to my workout routine and focusing on my health completely changed my energy. Letting go of old insecurities is the ultimate glow-up - I actually get carded at doors more now than I did back then!
