Preporuke za treniranje - trenerica/gpt/nešto treće?

Pozdrav.

Unaprijed hvala!

AIO - My sister is becoming so distant after falling in love and I am kinda mad at her for it.

Hi! Both me and my sister are in our late twenties and we live together. Our bond is truly unique, we consider each other best friends, we tell each other everything and have always been there for each other. We even went to middle school, high school and college together. We had an unstable childhood which really ingrained into our minds the idea of "we are each other's person", if you know what I mean.

However, my sister has recently got into a relationship, very quickly after ending a long, toxic one. I was very happy for her, seeing her happy, although the guy she chose is not someone I would like for her (very similar to the toxic ex in terms of life choices, not personality). But, I know it is not my choice and I should be respectful of her choices so I, when she asked me for my thoughts, told her I don't think he's the one for her, but I will not get in the way as it's ultimately her life.

Anyways, ever since she started dating him (around 2 months ago) she became so distant. They work together so they are together all the time. After work they spend time together. At first I was fine with it, because I understand the thrill of a new relationship, but my feelings got the better of me, and I started feeling hurt.

As an example, we both work long hours and the little time we have free we would primarily hang out, then spend time with friends. But, since she started dating him, all her free time is spent with him. She would text me asking me not to fall asleep, she will be home soon so we can hang out and then she would arrive hours later. At first I would stay up waiting but I eventually started feeling silly so I stopped.

She then started having sleepovers with other friends, even though we haven't seen each other for days, and she very obviously could have spent time with me.

What absolutely broke me was when she one time said "tonight we hang out, I will come home earlier". However, that night she texted around midnight saying "I will be home soon", and arrived around 2 am. She said she had a long work call. I had a feeling she was lying so I checked her phone and, of course, she was talking to her boyfriend. I know it wasn't the right thing to do, to check her phone. I confessed to doing this, after which I openly told her how I feel like she does not enjoy hanging out with me, how it hurts that she chooses other friends (boyfriend I kinda understand) over me, when we haven't seen each other in so long, and she always says how she misses me yet does nothing about it. She explained it's because ever since I told her I don't think he's the right guy for her she feels uncomfortable talking to me about him so she chooses her other friend with whom she can talk freely.

I thought we both understood and heard each other so I tried having an open mind, being more friendly regarding this guy and being more understanding in general. But, nothing has changed. Before if one of us felt sad we would do anything to cheer the other one up, even if that includes hours of talking, cleaning up the other one's room, you know the regular stuff. This still stands true for me, but the other day I was feeling really down (work was awful, I hadn't slept in 2 days due to work overload and yet my boss was pressuring me into completing a task at 1 am). I was doing this task as she was in the room getting ready to go out with her boyfriend. She stops and asks me if I am okay. I tell her that I am not, I feel really tired, overwhelmed and worried, on the verge of tears. She says "aww, don't worry so much about it", takes her stuff and goes out. Now, it has reached the point where she sometimes comes home, doesn't even say hi, sleeps over and goes to work again without even seeing me.

She is really happy, I can tell, I am so happy for her, I swear. But, and I know it seems SO lame, I feel rejected and miss her so much. I do not want to tell her again how I feel because, at this point, it's just so desperate. But I feel like I am losing her while at the same time I am worried I am being too much and feeling too much. Is the solution simply accepting she fell in love, she "outgrew me" and I should just get a life and stop prioritising her? Am I overreacting?

How does a person become fun again?

Hello!

For context, I am a 28 year old single F. Up to my 20s I was a fun person, I had a lot of friends and people wanted to hang out with me without me trying to make them like me.

Then life started becoming one shit storm after another (death, work, family stuff and so on) and I kinda lost my spark in the meantime. Life got too serious and so did I.

I have a thousand worries on my mind and that makes me unable to relax and have fun. My favorite activity became watching tv shows while I do chores because it requires no effort from my side.

I have some friends but when we go out we talk about life. We don't have fun in silly ways. Even a weird thing started happening to me, I am physically unable to genuinely laugh at something, even it is funny to me. I always have to force a smile and can't remember the last time I laughed genuinely, like tears in my eyes or belly hurting due to laughter. When I am with my family and they're being silly all I can think about how many work tasks I have, money issues, how messy the house is and so on.

It's like I aged overnight to an 80 year old person who just doesn't find life fun or fun with people.

The worst part is I can see it affecting my relationships with people. No one wants to be friends with a serious person but faking it makes it worse.

Does anyone have any experience with this? Obviously I can't wait for life to get easier for me to become fun or willing to have fun but I don't know what to do.

Thanks in advance.
