launching an online e-commerce brand, where I source and sell premium replica football jerseys. I'm currently facing a massive roadblock right out of the gate with Pakistan Customs. I recently ordered two small parcels from China to act as quality-check samples (8 Jerseys x 2) before I lock in any bulk inventory with my manufacturer, but the International Mail Office (IMO) completely over-assessed them. Instead of treating them as personal/ sample items, they mistakenly flagged the packages as wholesale commercial inventory and slapped me with an insane 34,000 PKR duty fee, which is completely unjustified based on the actual invoice value. Has anyone here successfully navigated the reassessment process at the IMO in Karachi to get these commercial taxes dropped, or have any advice on what documents actually work to prove the real transaction value?

Recently I ordered from KKOOG and the parcel is here in Pakistan Karachi in the local post office. So the thing is the customs charged me 34k PKR (122 $) for just 16 jerseys which I ordered. I wanna know how I can source Jerseys from China to Pakistan without paying zero custom duties or little amount of duties because my order is around 300-320$ and the customs put a 120$ + duty on it...

Hey guys I need some help regarding an unjust amount of custom duty tax on my online order. I ordered some 16 Football Jerseys for myself and family from China because they were cheap and of good quality. The total parcel value was around 85k something. Since it was an international online personal order, I had to pay the full amount on the website. The parcel has cleared the customs and has reached the local post office because the delivery method was Pakistan Post. The duty of the parcel is 34k. THAT'S A LOT !!! LIKE LITERALLY??? I don't want to pay such a large amount of tax for a personal order. Why? What should I do? How can I get the total tax to zero or at least reduced? 34k is unjust and baffling for such a small personal order of literally football Jerseys mannn.....
