Someone who’s taking fitness seriously - should I buy Apple Watch, Fitbit Air or Whoop ?

Hi guys,

I have been living a very very unhealthy life both activity + diet wise. By profession I am software engineer and I sit for like 10+ hours in a day.

Now, I have decided to change it all. I have been going to gym, working out 3 days a week for past 1 month and I am consistent with very balanced diet.

I recently started running and taking swimming lessons and I want to track all my workouts + running + swims so based on my scenario as a beginner can you guys please recommend what be best for me to buy ?

My goal is to properly track all activities, should sync well with strava, improve sleep + recovery and I am hoping to get in shape to run first half marathon of my life in next 6 months.

Thank you for helping in advance.

I passed my first account with Alpha yesterday. I have been trading with orderflow for past 4 years and been trying different props for last 7 months.

It’s been really great. Feel free to ask any questions regarding my strategy, risk management etc

Waiting for funded credentials now 🥳

My orderflow trading stack with 70%+ winrate and Avg 3R

Recently, I commented on one of member’s post in this community with my orderflow trading stack with 70%+ winrate and avg 3R . A lot of ppl had questions and I received multiple same queries so I thought to put all information together here.

I use COT, Volume profile, Big trades and Options gamma levels in my everyday trading NQ only during NY session.

- For COT, I mainly look at the asset managers net positioning to see if they are accumulating long or short. COT is not a timing tool. It has an edge only when you use it as contextual tool to play in direction of smart money.

- For Volume profile, I use RTH profile framing because it carries the highest volume of the day. This gives me my daily bias. If the value (POC) of previous cash sessions are developing lower then I can expect price to continue lower and vice versa. VP is just for bias framing and a directional tool, I still have to time the market. VP also gives me my key levels i.e VAH, VAL and POC.

- For big trades, I mainly use either 1min chart or 40 range chart with big trades to time the market. I use 2 concepts only. Absorption and aggression. When the big trades are on wick of candle then it’s absorption for me. When big trades are in middle of candle then it’s aggression. This is the timing tool for me.

- Lastly, when I am in the trade then I use gamma levels to determine call or put walls paired with net gamma exposure. This tells me which price level will act as magnet or wall and gives me ability to ride trade till that price level instead of taking fixed RR.

Hope it helps. Feel free to drop any questions!

Does anyone offer good swimming lessons ?

Hi,

I want to learn swimming and looking for better place to learn from near Gulberg. I don’t have any budget constraints atm. My preference is A+ experience plus location

I did some research and everytime I came across this UMK swimming and when you text them, they always put you on waitlist and then contact you 7-8 months later.

Is there any good recommendations near gulberg ? I am interested in Punjab International Swimming Complex but not sure what’s the registration process etc

If anyone have experience with PISC or have any reference for smoother process, please let me know
