how do you guys all distribute your calories throughout the day?

e.g. 400 for breakfast, lunch and dinner? 600/600 for lunch and dinner? curious to know what works for everyone!

i normally do 200 for lunch and 1000 for dinner because i cant escape family made meals that are usually high in calories for dinner .. but i prefer saving my calories for the night anyways! its a bit easier mentally

Feeling full triggers a binge

Ive noticed every single time im full from eating anything it causes me to binge. I dont know why and i cant stop but its exhausting ! Im exhausted of stopping eating before im full because i know the second my stomach senses its full i think to myself “Oh im full, i fucked up and i should just eat everything else while im full”. Anyone else, and any tips on how to stop this?? I feel tired and hungry all the time because im scared to eat until im full now because i find it easier when im hungry to try and maintain that feeling of hunger (as in i find it easier to not eat anything than to eat in moderation as id rather have everything my hands can grab instead)

sand/cream bagels

if anyone wants to have some fun..? 😭😫these sand bagels (샌드베이글) are a trending food in korea lately - ‘bagels’ stuffed with all sorts of cream/fruit/any other filling. the bagel is a very soft chewy bread though , not a typical bagel!

  1. slab of cheesecake at the bottom and blueberries in a yoghurt + blueberry cream filling
  2. yang zhi gan lu flavour : mango cream, mango, pomelo in some normal cream
  3. granola at the bottom, half a peach with 1 strawberry stuffed in a yoghurt creamy filling
  4. cherries in a cherry cream with pistachio katifi filling (with a few pistachios embedded in the cream as well)

just for fun if anyone wants to try, going to firm today was a major cheat day :P hahah…🥲🙀

King dumplings/mandu

How much for these huge dumplings? The top left and bottom right had a kimchi filling and the rest had a regular pork filling (aside from the one shrimp one too) . The big gyoza was probably around 14 cm long??

Pork neck steak and spicy red pepper oil crab meat risotto

I had half the pork neck (didnt dip into the white sauce) and had half the risotto too (without the egg yolk). Could the whole dishes themselves be around 600 calories for the steak + 800 for the risotto ?

The real greek chicken gyros

Confused about the calories! In the total menu, the tzatziki chicken gyros is 675 kcal but in the lunch deal menu in the next page it says its 1123. I thought maybe its a size difference for the lunch deal (tho im not sure why the lunch deal would be bigger if it comes with a side..?), but the other chicken gyros is exactly the same amt of calories! Is a chicken gyros with tzatziki more likely to be 675 or 1123 ?! (Pic added for reference)

Calories in veggie breakfast?

(Not my pics, found on reviews) how much would this veggie breakfast set be if i got 2 poached/boiled eggs (assuming theyd be the same amt of calories) instead of fried ? Its also sourdough, grilled halloumi, roasted tomatoes, homemade beans, avocado and mushrooms. Thinking of not eating the avocado and mushrooms though because i dont really like them..!
