What is happeningggg
This has been happening for about a week and I stopped using it because I thought it was because I needed to descale it. The day it happened I pulled a perfect shot and the second one for my husband turned out like this. I descaled yesterday and it’s happening again. Second pull in the morning because I thought maybe I tamped too much?? This time I barely tamped at all.
I am a broke teacher on summer break. This is gets me through the year please help! 😭😭😭

Classroom Pet Help
Hi Everyone!
Meet Pinecone. She is our Montessori Preschool classroom pet. Every classroom is required to have a pet and I chose a gerbil after having hamsters in my old school. In my old school I was able to have a large glass aquarium which I cleaned and not the children. This school requires children to assist in the cleaning which is fine BUT the cage they gave me is not the best for gerbils. I’m doing my best with what I was given. Other classrooms barely have any bedding even after I told them hammies and gerbils LOVE to make tunnels and dig.
I already purchased a sandbath and lots of chewing items.
I know gerbils are social animals but my school said “the pet store said this type likes to be alone” which i find not true. She is probably a little over a year old now. Could getting another be feasible?
Anyway, what can you suggest to make my gerbil’s life better. I have her home for the summer. I am on a private teachers budget (even lower than public!) I want another cage but cannot afford :(

Is this rice?? Looks like rice but kitty has no access to rice???? When smooshed, it looks kind of powdery?? Have you seen this before?
He seems fine and this happened within the hour.

Stalling Spell??
Hi! My husband and I moved into a wonderful little house in April. It is month to month incredibly cheap rent. when moving in the landlord said there was possibility that he would sell, and that is why he wanted to do month-to-month. But unfortunately, we really did fall in love with this place and because I am a teacher, and he builds hiking trails, we make very little money. I just signed a contract to renew my position at my preschool. so I am hoping that this place does not sell!! It is kind of a dump and would be a total remodel or a teardown so I’m hoping this deters people.
does anybody have any suggestions/recommendations to help stall the selling of the house for at least a year?? I know this sounds really silly, but we can’t afford to move again and there is nowhere in the area in our budget.

New To White Water- What Size Kayak for Small Woman?
Hi! I am 5'1 but long legs and weight average 125 lbs. Does anyone have any recommendations for kayaks? I looked at the Dagger Rewind XS- but the max weight is 120lbs. I have a thicker bottom and thighs and fluctuate often. So that one wouldn't work.
My husband and I really want to get into the sport. We live in Washington state. I will take lessons of course, but want to find the right fit for my craft.
