How often can I vape to where I don’t build a tolerance to quickly? This is my first vape with 8% nic. I don’t wanna get too addicted to where I need it . I just want a little buzz every once in a while.
I quit smoking weed back in late June and I’ve been having a really hard time . I used to do it all day long and it would take up all my free time . I’ve noticed that when I really want to smoke instead of smoking I get drunk instead. I don’t want to get drunk as often as I used to smoke bc if I did I would be an alcoholic. Should I get a nic free vape to try and replace smoking weed ?

Im not sure if there’s any protections for sapphic sex? If I were to have relations I would want it to be safe . I’m just not sure what protection options there are for girl on girl sex . I’m just worried about STI and STD prevention.

You had yet another zombie dream
It’s starts off you in some sort of house with your family and you mom dad and Jadelynn (sister) are all in different rooms and you see like a panoramic view of outside the house showing zombies outside the house and you have a shovel and you deside to try and climb into the air vent and break the roof with a shovel to try and get to the second story and you eventually get to the second story and reunite with your family and then idk how there’s a bunch more people but you could trust them and there this big closet and you and your sister climb up there in case there’s danger of zombies and one day after being zombie free and new people free ( it seems as if all of the people built a tightly knit civilization where everyone knows each other ) but one day a lady walks in (you and your sister scurried into the high up closet where nothing can get you) and you try pulling Jadlynn into the safest darkest corner
But the lady calls her name saying she’s going to take Jadlynn to Americas Got talent and your parents plead with the lady and say that there’s a zombie apocalypse and not to take her but the lady takes her anyway and you start to imagine your worry’s (your heads worry’s ;the door lady is a zombie, she will get eaten by zombies, she won’t be safe with this lady etc.)but Jadlynn has to go your so scared you can bearly climb out the corner but you climb out to give her a hug and say you love her and she leaves with the door lady a few minutes later the door lady comes and opens a door to a gym with other people in it it’s some time later and you get reunited with your sister
Time skip of what seems to be a few months
You get drafted into the military many other teens get drafted to you see a familiar face among the crowded military base, it’s Elana (friend) you deside to talk to her , she explains to you about how she can’t find her mother and you lie to her (to comfort her)and say “your mothers probably out there somewhere thriving or maybe she got to a island and she’s relaxing “ she begins to smile a loud voice on the intercom
“HEY FIRST BATCH OF TEENS GET LINED UP WERE DROPPING YOU OFF ABOVE THE LAND ! “
The first group of teens jump off and leave and you and elana (a girl from middle school)continue your conversation and more and more teens drop off the plane until there’s only seven of you left you elana and a few others (you are a part of the team who doesn’t get dropped off the airplane bc your like the maintenance or something ) and over the intercoms you hear a blasting voice again
“MAINTENANCE TEAM DROP OUT THE PLANE!!!! “
You elana and the other maintenance team pepole are terrified as none of you have been trained for the war or even have wepons but you have to drop out into a ship crawling with zombies (there’s only seven of you at most ) and Donald trump (the only adult and group leader ) gets dropped off with you all and try’s to tell you all to fight but you all turn into dogs (you all got bitten by zombies) then

What can this mean . At the time I was having many similar dreams about the apocalypse . I still think about these dreams a lot.
